25.01.2022 Thanks so much Chloe!

24.01.2022 After a long time of playing funny buggers with us.. our heater in the back dining room has finally gone on strike! We are waiting for bits to make it feel better so for now we apologise as it’s very cold out there. Any bookings we get are being set up in the small dining. But as we are on restricted patron amounts we strongly suggest to book a table. We will do the best we can to make everyone dining in as comfortable as we can. Don’t forget we are still doing takeaway meals and delivery! Thanks for your understanding. GGH!

24.01.2022 We also can’t stress enough how important it is to socially distance whilst in the Hotel. We have gone crazy with the tape measure making sure tables, chairs and walking areas are 1.5mt apart and away from bars and doorways. I know it’s an exciting time to get back to the pub but we have to ask to maintain hygiene procedures and space between other patrons. The staff will be vigilant in reminding guests about our regulations to maintain a happy pub!

20.01.2022 As most would know we are heading into a 6 day lockdown from 12am tonight! At this stage we will be closed for all services until the 24th of November! We ask f...or patience as we didn’t have any prior warning and couldn’t stock up before we were informed of the lockdown for takeaway beverages. We will do our best with takeaway beverages today but may have to grab things out of our storeroom. We are also under strict number restrictions! We will have to be vigilant with numbers in the hotel tonight. Thanks for your understanding. Hope everyone keeps safe! 16.01.2022 We would just like everyone to know that due to bookings and catering today the hotel will be busy at lunch and dinner. Please keep that in mind if you are thinking of popping in or getting takeaway meals. Wait times may be a little longer than usual and bookings/pre orders are always appreciated. 15.01.2022 Coming up @ the Grain! As of tomorrow we have to have our premises QR code for patrons to scan on arrival. The QR code will be behind the bar so we ask that all patrons see bar staff to scan the code once arriving at the hotel. We will remain under the same restrictions with 10 people allowed in the front bar, 9 people in the pool room, 4 people in the pokie room, 11 people in the small dining and 23 people in the large dining, inside drinking and dining is still restricted ...to sitting. Out the front we can have 30 people and standing is allowed. We ask you please help us adhere to the restrictions. We will have to ask people to move places at times. Table bookings for meals is a MUST! It makes it a lot easier!! We still offer pre orders from 11am and free delivery. We ask that all T/A meals to please be picked up in the pool room. 13.01.2022 Tonight we are booked out for dine in meals in the dining room and pool room. Thanks so much for the bookings it makes it a lot easier to organise our meal time schedule and organisation of rooms and staffing! If you do pop in for a counter meal in the bar, there may just be a wait. We will only be able to offer call when ready T/A meals for tonight and we appreciate your patience with wait times! 10.01.2022 We will be making changes again to comply with the government restrictions being imposed as of Wednesday. Please remember to remain vigilant whilst being in public, we have hand sanitiser available for use through the hotel and are keeping up with our cleaning procedures and sanitisation. Please book tables for dining, this will help us with organisation, staffing and tracing if necessary. Don’t forget we can still do takeaway and delivery on selected nights.
