06.01.2022 Process colour printing is great option for highly detailed photo like prints. Instead of picking individual ink colours for printing, we can actually seperate an image into a CYMK (Cyan/Yellow/Magenta/Black) screens. We then print using special translucent inks that will mix together accordingly on the t-shirt to give a highly detailed full colour print!

06.01.2022 Vinyl cut decoration is a great option for a 1 off shirt. It allows you to produce a detailed 1 colour print without having to go through the cost of traditional screen printing setups and minimum 10 print run costs. You can see there is a lot of vinyl that gets thrown away after the image is cut, the removal of this vinyl is commonly know as weeding. Something detailed like this and around the A4 size or smaller will only cost around $20 for it supplied and pressed onto a t-shirt!

This is a perfect example of how screen printing can be a bit tricky, when printing the exact same design on White and Black shirts you need to do more than just swap out the ink colour. You can see the white shirt on the left has a black print and lets the white of the t-shirt show through, but on the black t-shirt you need to allow what was previously printed black to be the t-shirt colour showing through. This simply means you need to pro...duce 2 different print screens, with one being a negative of the original design.
