24.01.2022 Baralaba Senior Citizens Baralaba senior group, enjoyed our Billy Tea and Damper this morning followed my their annual meeting then went exploring our 4 acres of gardens and all the antiques machinery on display. Followed my a light lunch of cold meat & salads and Dessert. This was their 4th year booking with us, we all look forward to your visit, see you all next year.... 20.01.2022 8 January 2020 Capricornia Wanderers visited our beautiful park for the 3rd year running for a Saturday morning tea. Sorry guys but no dampers or billy tea because of all the beautiful rain we have been having, wood and ground was wet.... But there was still lots to eat, we had on offer homemade scones and pikelets from our local ladies and my pumpkin scones. Thankyou for ringing ahead to book in, it was great see you all again. The rain held off until morning tea was over and all back to the caravan park. We received 1 inch of rain in that storm but no water in the dam yet have about 7 f left. Hoping for more rain to fill the dam. A Big Thankyou to our helpers this morning.

To raise money for cancer research, Cycling for A CU...RE hosted a range of activities including crocodile wrestling (no animals were harmed). The audience donates money to the most entertaining entrant and whoever raises the most money wins. Would you give it a go?

Don, Di and team Tour De Cure pass on a BIG THANKYOU to all who attended and everyone who helped on the day with donations items for the Auction, Multidraws and everything else. Highway 66 rodders from Rockhampton booked in today for our BBQ & Salads lunch meal and asked the Classic Car Club from Biloela to jointed them. It was great seeing all these beautiful restored car's and meeting the people that loveing restored them.... Thankyou so much for booking with us, we loved seeing you all and same Goovigen locals got to enjoy and see these beautiful restored car's too. 01.01.2022 28 June 2020 We are doing up the ORIGINAL TELEPHONE BOX from GOOVIGEN. Rob needed some help so he rounded up Clay and Scotty, Clay built the roof because it never had one and Scotty is doing the painting. ... The telephone box was donated to the park from Kerry and Rob Iken. Thanks to Clay and Scotty for all their help today, job well done.
