We will be removing all negative comments, slander or defamation on any of our social media platforms and we will 100% support our race and club officials in removing this behaviour from our tracks.

Join us for round 2 at Rochester Kart Club on May 2-3 to begin your championship hunt if you missed round 1. For the over 220 drivers from round 1, note that to be eligible for series prize giveaways at round 6, you must compete in all 6 rounds and be at the prize draw Saturday night at Gippsland to claim your prize.

15.01.2022 We are super excited to be partnering with IKD in 2020, which will include the introduction of Rotax 125 Light to our series. All competitors that participate in all 6 rounds of the series will receive a prize at our end of year lucky prize draw, which will include some awesome prizes from IKD. 12.01.2022 Thanks to everyone for the feedback following the recent calendar announcement. Round 2 of the Golden Power Series at Goulburn Valley Kart Club has been delayed a week now to avoid a clash with the recently announced AKC calendar.

12.01.2022 Wow!! We are so excited our first round has exceeded 200 entries Our Cadet 12 are at full grid capacity with an amazing 40 competitors. We are in for a great weekend of racing. AWKC are still accepting entries until 8 am Saturday morning for all classes except Cadet 12

12.01.2022 We are excited to announce that Camper Trailers Albury Wodonga have come on board as series partners and are donating a weekend camper trailer hire voucher to be given away at each round valued at $300. This will be drawn at the conclusion of driver’s briefing. All drivers preentered by Sunday night prior to each event automatically go into the draw to win.

10.01.2022 Hi all, It’s been a while since our last post as we have been patiently waiting to see how the current situation in Victoria evolves. Today Karting Victoria has announced that all open meetings, which includes our series, for the remainder of 2020 have been cancelled. The GPS committee congratulates KV on what would have been a tough decision to make. The series supports this decision given the current situation and magnitude of these events. Hope everyone stays safe as we look forward to returning to the track in 2021 for hopefully a full 6 round series.

02.01.2022 Due to CoVid-19 a decision has been reached to postpone round 2 of the Golden Power Series to be held on 2/3 May. We will await further instruction from Karting Victoria & Karting Australia as to when we can start racing again. We are encouraging everyone to do everything they can to remain healthy and race ready.

01.01.2022 Major Raffle! Golden Power Series are pleased to announce we will be running a Major Raffle that will be drawn at Round 3 to held at Goulburn Valley Kart Club. Raffle will be drawn at 8am June 14 and winners will be contacted by 12pm same day via phone. Tickets available from the merchandise stand at each round.
