25.01.2022 PONY RIDES..... what a great way to finish your farm adventure! Suitable from 12months to 6 year old.... our bumpy pony rides are always are hit. Purchase your pony ride ticket at the farm entrance.. pony rides are available 7 days a week however they are weather permitting. Thank you @harpercrystal_ for sharing such a cute pic

Whilst at the farm make sure you pop down to our egg collecting coop and say hi to Roger the rooster and Tommy and Tyler our resident turkey's.... if you are lucky Tommy will show off his beautiful feathers!

23.01.2022 WOW what a weekend!!!! Thank you ...thank you... thank you to all our amazing visitors we hope you all had a FANTASTIC time!!!! Don't forget we are open EVERY DAY. Weekdays are definently alot quieter. So if you want to visit this week and you have a day spare.. book in!! Oh and with booking it's sooooo easy it's via our website a simple form takes about 40 seconds to fill out.... NO PAYMENT is taken up front only when you arrive on the day. Btw when visiting don't forget to social distance!!!!

22.01.2022 It's RAINING ....... Can we still visit? (This is 1 very very very popular question.... & I feel it's going to be asked a lot this week!) Yes - You can still visit. You will need to bring umbrellas and rain coats. Visiting the farm in light rain is fine. Our barn area is the only undercover area on the property and unfortunately due to COVID we are restricted with numbers in this area at one time. Once your session is finished in the barn coming back in will be a issue as we... are restricted. Is it Muddy? There are certain spots that it can be a little muddy/ damp. So gumboots are a good idea and older shoes.... nothing white or new. What activities are outside? Our indoor barn activities are cow milking and handling. Our Outdoor activities are the farm walk and our open paddock. Egg collecting is undercover but you need to walk to the coop which is outdoor. Pony rides are outside - These may not go ahead due to weather - it is not safe for the ponies. We play this by ear on the day and as the day goes on. (we are looking at an alternative undercover spot at the moment.) Can we still use DiggerZone? Yes- We have an indoor Diggerzone but we are restricted to 10 people in the room at a time. Do you have a undercover picnic area? Yes we do, however it is not very big and has only 4 tables in it. How do we know it's raining at the farm? Where the farm is located sometimes we don't get rain - so it might be raining at your house but not at the farm. Best check a weather app before you visit. What if we decide to cancel? That is no problem at all, all you need to do is let us know. Popping a reply email back to the confirmation we have sent you is fine. No explanation is necessary - Just a "we have decided to visit on a sunny day" is fine! - this is one reason we don't do pre purchased tickets it's much easier for everyone. I still can't decide - what do you think we should do? Well - I can tell you my kids don't care about the rain... they LOVE wearing rain gear and carrying an umbrella around! BUT as for me well I am not as keen as them!! Lol saying that it's just water! I always have a spare top to bottom change of clothes for the kids in the car + a garbage bag or empty wash basket. I change them in the back of the car or you can use our bathrooms. I put everything damp or dirty in the basket or bag and take it straight home to the wash - I actually even put a spare set in the car for me too! I hope I have answered all the questions you are going to ask or are thinking. Please contact us if you have any questions that I may of missed.

The inside diggerzone also has log grabbers, a crane and a ball grabber and both zones have our super popular diggers! All machines can be accessed once youre inside the farm!... 20.01.2022 Fancy cuddling a little chick, a soft little rabbit or a cute yellow duckling? YOU CAN!! Animal handling forms a large part of our indoor barn activities. What have we done to make it covid safe and comfortable for our animals and visitors? 1. You sanitise your hands on entry and exit to our fenced area. 2. You are seated in your booking group with social distancing in mind... 3. We ask that adults and children to remain seated in your spot until you are finished. 4. You are brought out your own crate of animals these crates have been sprayed and sanitised before your use. 5. We have a quick chat to you and show the children and adults how to hold each animal. 6. We leave the crate with your group for the adults to help the children as well as giving each family important time to experience, photograph and enjoy the moment! 7. 15.01.2022 Due to todays NSW Healths COVID rules from tomorrow 3rd January, 2021. We require ALL visitors over 12 years old to be wearing a mask at all times whilst in our indoor barn area and Diggerzone. We highly suggest the mask be worn whilst outdoors near other visitors or farm staff also... Our staff will also be wearing masks. We do not have any masks available for purchase. Thank you for helping to stop the spread. Just like Buddy our Alpaca! ALSO all visitors must check in using the Service NSW app. Please become familiar with the app before arriving at the farm.

15.01.2022 We are in for a wet day here on the farm... although the ducks on our pond are not worried by a little rain ruining their fun! Gumboots..... raincoats.... umbrellas ..... and ..... a bit of a "it's only rain attitude" will be needed if you are coming to visit us today! We are a FARM! There is dirt... there is mud .... but that also can equal FUN! ( maybe pop in a spare change of clothes!!!)

11.01.2022 Normally our school term days are filled with the laughter and giggling of Kindergarten students from all over Sydney and beyond! But this year has been very different due to Covid - with all excursions cancelling It's been hard on them and also us! However a few weeks ago they were given the all good to excursion which means again alot of our week days are filled the chatter of Kindergartens lucky enough to visit us and learn about our animals.... If you have gone online to book noticing alot of our weekday sessions are greyed out this is because of a school visiting on that day. We are limiting families whilst the farm is full of kindergarten students. The days better to visit this week are Thursday 12th and Friday 13th The days better to visit next week are Monday 16th , Wednesday 18th & Friday 20th

07.01.2022 What is Diggerzone? Our mini hydraulic diggers and log grabbers are so much fun and suitable for all ages. Zone 1 is outside of the barn this is where you can dig in sand.... oh and its now undercover!... Zone 2 is just inside the barn entry. It is our indoor zone with 2 rock diggers and 2 log grabbers. All our machines need a special token to operate them. These tokens can be bought at the farm entry. We are not sure who enjoys them the most the kids OR THE DADS!!!!

When feeding the outside animals please feed them under the shelters where there is dry ground .... unfortunately our paddocks are damp and wet. 06.01.2022 Parties & larger group bookings We have had a lot of emails and phone calls regarding people wanting to book these with us at the farm. At this stage we are NOT booking in any parties, events or large groups. ... We are also NOT taking booking of more than 10 people. (Inc adults, children and infants) We have a strict covid safe plan and bookings greater than 10 people will not be taken. This also includes visitors trying to book several group bookings consecutively on the same day over different sessions or the same session. We are trying our best deal with the challenging time we are in and we trying our best to keep the farm as safe as possible for ALL our visitors and staff. We are sure you all appreciate this. We are extremely thankful that we are open and we hope to continue to stay open! Please save your visit to us to be a small family visit. Not a large group one. Just so everyone is aware. Each booking is run as its own group on the day there is NO mixing of bookings. In our indoor area. Keeping each family apart. So booking in several bookings a day won't work anyway. Note- this is for weekend bookings not Monday-Friday

06.01.2022 NEED EGGS? We have a beautiful child friendly chicken coop. Here you help us collect the eggs and then you can take them home! The Eggy facts The eggs are free range... The eggs are clean and stamped for human consumption. The eggs will last 3 weeksYou get to take home 1 dozen The serious questions Do they have chicks in them? No, they don't these eggs are not fertile, they are from chickens that don't have a rooster. (Hence the stamp.) Did these chickens lay these eggs? No, they didn't these are bantams they lay much smaller eggs. The eggs in your carton have been "hidden" by the farmers so the kids can collect them. Why add egg collecting onto our visit? Well you collect the eggs, take them home, then you cook them, bake with them and eat them. This also will create a conversation about the farm, where the eggs came from and what you did on your special outing. Think about it as abit of an educational talk that eggs come from chickens ... not from the supermarket!!! Egg collecting ($10 per doz) can be added on during your visit just see any of the friendly farmers!
