11.01.2022 Great video about one of my favourite exercises (the Deadbug) that improves with core stability. It focuses on the often forgotten transversus abdominis muscle (TVA), the deepest of the abdominal muscles. I incorporate these into all my workouts and even introduced them to my PT who is now a faithful convert. They can be done by just about anyone even people just starting out on their movement journey. Give it a try!
