08.01.2022 Lalor Park Progress Update: Stage 2A (Lot 1-9 & 67-76): Lot 1-9: Anticipated Settlement in early March 2019. Lot 68 & 72-76: Anticipated Settlement in March 2019.... Lot 67-71 (exclude Lot 68): Anticipated Settlement in April 2019. Stage 2B (Lot 44-66): Anticipated Settlement in May 2019.

02.01.2022 Dear Purchasers, We've received an update from our Builder that the anticipated settlement for the Victory project is now toward the end of April or early May. The delays are resulting from the extent of cladding of the building and the extra attention being applied in respect to compliance in this regard which is considered particularly important given recent publicity of this issue more widely.
