24.01.2022 If you heard the Government announcement today about pools reopening ... it won’t be us!! Public pools are open tomorrow but not for learn to swim programs or squad training. However, we will be opening prior to the end of this term (after consultation with government & stakeholders). In the mean time we are improving facilities here at the Goldfishbowl. The pool is being resurfaced and the filtration system upgraded. We will be back bigger and better in the near future! Take care until we see you back at the pool.

19.01.2022 Merry Christmas to all our families! The office & pool is now shut - we reopen on Monday 11th January 2021. 18.01.2022 A big thumbs up! Only 7 sleeps to go and we are open! We can’t wait to see all our kids back in the pool from Monday 15 June.

17.01.2022 The hoses are in the pool and it’s almost half full! With our reopening just over 2 weeks away we are finishing off all the jobs and getting ready to welcome our swimmers and families back. We reopen Monday 15 June for all programs. Until then our office is open from Monday to Friday 8am to 1230pm if you have any queries.

15.01.2022 At the Goldfishbowl we believe that we now have the best pool water in the Territory for teaching babies and kids to swim! We have upgraded both our heating and sanitation systems. Our heating system is threefold - solar, gas and induction which means that the water will maintain the perfect temperature at all times! We have also introduced dual sanitation and purification with Ozone Swim. This system produces noticeably softer, more hygienically clean water. It will mean les...s eye, skin or respiratory irritations from harsh chlorine. The ozone also kills bacteria and viruses as well as chlorine resistant parasites such as Cryptosporidium. 13.01.2022 We have limited places available in our intensive holiday program for both next week & the week of the 25th January. Classes are held in the mornings for 30 minutes each day Monday to Friday. $80 per child. If you are interested please email us on [email protected]

12.01.2022 Want to keep the kids busy during the school holidays? Why not book one of our intensive learn to swim blocks? Commencing from Monday January 11th we are running three blocks (one lesson per day from Monday to Friday). $80 for 5 lessons. Booking are essential. 10.01.2022 The Goldfishbowl will be continuing to run our programs. We will make some changes to some of our class structures to keep maintaining the government guidelines regarding distancing. Please remember to collect an information letter from the office when you are next at the pool.

10.01.2022 The Goldfishbowl Swim School will be running an intensive adult learn to swim program from Monday 16th November until Wednesday 16th December = 2 lessons per week Mondays & Wednesdays 6.15 to 7pm, a total of 10 lessons for only $165. 09.01.2022 It is with sadness that the Goldfishbowl Swim School will be moving to a temporary closure tonight. This is in line with the new federal government guidelines announced last night. We would like to thank all our wonderful clients for their ongoing support through this very difficult period. The Goldfishbowl management and staff have been pleased to be able to keep lessons going for as long as we have in the current situation. We felt that we were able to provide some normality for your children in this stressful time. As we are unable to complete this current term we will hold all unused lessons in our system as a credit for when we return to business. Management and staff of the Goldfishbowl hope that you and your families will be safe and secure and we will be in touch when we start to gear up for our reopening.

06.01.2022 We are reopening! The first 2 weeks from Monday 15 June until Sunday 28 June will be for for credits for students from term 1. The office will be contacting families in the upcoming weeks to confirm these classes and times. Please be patient as we do have a large number of students to confirm. We will be closed for the first week of school holidays. We will be commencing Term 3 on Monday 6th July. Term 3 will run for 12 weeks. Many thanks for your patience as we work through this.
