25.01.2022 Gave these two rocks a smashing and got 6.2 grams of gold out of them. I found the smaller one yesterday afternoon and the bigger one a couple of days before that. The big one was on the surface and was a booming signal on the detector.

23.01.2022 I found these twelve nuggets in a small patch a few days ago. It was next to some old bulldozer scrapes and these nuggets were in the original ground that hadn't been moved. Was easy pickings that day. Went back the next day and got three more nuggets for 0.9 grams. Haven't been back since

21.01.2022 Got onto a new patch late yesterday afternoon, started with a 0.07 gram spec which lead me into some slightly bigger nuggets before dark, the first two were scattered far about the place but at the end I got three bits close together which is a good sign. No trash there so hopefully can pull a few more there today

18.01.2022 Went on an off road adventure yesterday and tested some new spots and found one spec of gold, not satisfied I eventually ended up at the patch and gave it a whipping for a couple of hours till dark and got ten nuggets and a small specimen. Good fun

18.01.2022 Here is a huge quartz crystal I found while detecting up a quartz hill last week, by far the biggest I've seen. I also got a smaller nice crystal too. There was some gold on the same hill, I got two nuggets and four small specimens for about two grams of gold total after smashing them all. I haven't been back to this spot yet, because I have found a better spot...

17.01.2022 Been out looking for a patch lately and finally found one yesterday afternoon. I got tired of my old spots so started a proper search. Got lucky on about the tenth place I tried, Gold or bust haha. Bigger ones were 1.61 grams and 1.37 grams

15.01.2022 We went and got some nuggets yesterday at two different spots and had some fun. With these record gold prices we have gone back and cleaned up some of our old patches again. Now we are heading off with the big 19 inch GPZ coil to chase some deep ones where we think they might be hiding.

15.01.2022 Got these ones when I went back for another go at the new patch a few days ago. I thought the dark stone was a hot rock then I turned it over and saw the gold on one side and was pleasantly surprised

14.01.2022 Went out for a detect yesterday afternoon. Took only a couple of minutes and I dug up a 0.44 gram nugget. Then I carefully walked up and down nearby and scored a sunbaker specimen which had 3.5 grams in it, I lost focus after that and went home before dark. Still got a bit of gold in the pan so getting over 4 grams was a great result for an hours work.

14.01.2022 I found this nice chunky nugget this afternoon. Been slack lately, Finally got out and scored this. I shall be heading back tomorrow to try find the rest. Good $250 clue to start the chase

13.01.2022 The new patch was already running slim last time I went detecting there. Turns out It's only small run of gold. I expect more to be nearby somewhere so will search further next time

13.01.2022 I found a patch yesterday afternoon and got three nuggets for 1.42 grams. Went back today for two 2 hour detecting shifts and scored seven bits for 2.21 grams. Tomorrows target is three grams. Fun spot to hunt

11.01.2022 Scored a one grammer on the side of the road then hit a mini jackpot with a brecciated iron and quartz specimen which had nine grams of gold in it straight afterwards. The gold is riddled throughout the iron portion, it only sounded like a gram or so on the detector. Most of it is gold sand so it remained hidden from the detectors electronics

04.01.2022 A few more from the patch the other day, I got a nice dark blue specimen that is rich in gold. Still finding gold nearly every day, I'm a bit cautious about posting too much pics online with these high gold prices and unemployment soaring. Heading to the patch soon, I thought it was nearly flogged but it has redeemed itself quickly with that rock

04.01.2022 It's taking longer to find it at the patch now, I did nearly four hours detecting yesterday and got these. The best one was 0.72 grams. I will see if the GPZ can get anything deeper today, the gold from the run was less than four inches deep on average so the SDC may have got it all.

03.01.2022 I went back for a couple of hours detect today all around where I got the previous days gold. I could only find two targets, a nail and a small black and gold specimen which weighs 1.05 grams. Plenty of ground there to cover so I hope to find a more concentrated area of gold.
