16.01.2022 Had a great few days on Kangaroo Island. Came over Saturday night and delivered a few Harry’s Well White Suffolk rams Sunday. Helped muster, draft, weigh and load clients lambs (2am and 5am starts depending on which boat we were on) Had to cut the trip short today so no fishing Been waiting to get on a boat since 2pm Lucky sea link are doing a great job and running extra services and I’m booked on the 11pm boat Keep well everyone

The South Australian Government’s Red Meat and W...ool Growth Program is giving producers access to the latest livestock technology innovations, and advice on adopting technology on-farm, through a series of expos held across the state. For the Mallee region, local producers can attend an expo at Karoonda on the 9th of March 2021. Learn from and meet AgTech experts and providers, get hands-on experience with a range of technologies and develop networks with like-minded producers. The expos will showcase livestock-related AgTech that’s ready for practical application on-farm, along with talks from experts in subjects like implementation of electronic Identification (eID) for profitability and productivity, shearing shed design, and smart tags. With the Livestock AgTech Adoption Rebate currently on offer for up to $10,000 to adopt AgTech on-farm, the expos are an ideal opportunity for producers to explore the benefits technology can bring to their businesses, and how to implement it.
