20.01.2022 NEWS JUST IN! APLA stalwart and long term member in Kalgoorlie has successfully challenged the Objection from Zenith Pastoral in the Mining Wardens Court. He ...used the simple logic that these Access Agreements are not required under the Mining Act upon which Zenith folded and withdrew the Objection. He simply wrote to the court and then actually attended the court. By stating the above reasoning, Zeniths case fell at the first fence and they withdrew their Objection as it was destined to fail in any full hearing. This has been APLAs advice right from the start. The same advice will hold good for similar agreement demands from Minara Pastoral. Do not betray the work of 120 years of APLA protecting the rights of prospectors past and our members by signing these things. See more
