23.01.2022 Immune Support: Supplements to enhance immune system: Vitamin C 1000-2000mg 3 times a day (not if you have had kidney stones though)... Vitamin D3 1000iu daily Zinc 25mg daily Immune herbs such as: Olive Leaf Extract Andrographis Echinacea Astragalus Minimise exposure: Minimise exposure to crowded places. Sanitise or wash hands with soap before eating, and after leaving shops or public places, after blowing your nose or coughing into a tissue, and upon arriving at home. Sanitise at home door handles, benches/tabletops, taps, toilet buttons. I would also avoid sharing cups/glasses at home, kisses on the lips, and ensure toothbrushes do not touch.

06.01.2022 Due to unforeseen supply issues with the flu vaccinations we will not be able to make appointments for the vaccination. We are expecting a new batch in two weeks time and are taking names for a waiting list. Please contact us between 9am and 5pm if you would like to be placed on this list. 03.01.2022 We are pleased to welcome Dr Natalia Peker back to Goulburn. Dr Peker will be commencing as a Full Time GP on the 19th April. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9am to 5pm, and will be mixed billings. Many people will remember Dr Peker who previously worked in Goulburn from 2003 at Argyle medical Clinic for 15 years. That was followed by another few years in the Illawarra, also spending some of her time working in Canberra. Dr Peker has now decided to return to Gou...lburn to work at Goldsmith St Surgery. She understands the importance of continuity of patient care, and looks forward to seeing many familiar faces. Dr Peker will fit right in here at our clinic, not only knowing some of her colleagues already, but coming back to this region because she really "enjoys the Goulburn people". She prefers the sense of community here, which is much stronger than what she found in larger centres and cities.
