04.01.2022 It has been a bit quiet at Goldy’s Patch these last few weeks, we have been enjoying some family time and a well earned break! But we are back into it and are excited for what 2021 will bring. From all reports, veggie patches around the district are booming and we are finding our fridges filling up with produce. This got me wondering...what is everyone doing with their glut of fruit and veg? There is only so much we can give away to friends and neighbours and we want to be able to enjoy the fruits of our labours all year round! I’d love you all to share your ideas and recipes to use everything we grow and not let anything go to waste.
