23.01.2022 Our fourth tactic is all about avoiding clutter on the shop floor! If customers are able to see all merchandise easily it will encourage them to walk the store and browse (and touch and feel) different products/categories. Some key principles to avoid a cluttered golf shop should include - space floor displays in a non-crowded manner, utilise the walls as display areas for key merchandise, storeroom is to store your overstock, install temporary promotional displays to highlight new products in a prominent place, reduce the number of manufacturer display stands and finally merchandise products by category. #declutter #callintheexperts

It simply refers to a product that is not immediately available for a customer to buy. In short, when a customer walks in, expecting to find the product, they won’t find it.
