12.01.2022 2 years ago I began my journey into the world of #golf #performance through #strength and #conditioning . One of the first steps I took was attending the #WGFS #worldgolffitnesssummit and completing the #TPI level 1 certification. Since then, not a day has passed that I have not researched or studied golf performance in some way or another. I set a goal in 2014 to one day present at the World Golf Fitness Summit and today received the news that I have been selected by TPI's advisory board to be one of the presenters at this years summit in #NewOrleans . Thank you so much to everybody I have worked with but especially @rwoodhousegolf and my #wife @littleraeofsunshine_kg for backing me 100% and trusting in my methodology. @golfperformanceconditioning #goals

06.01.2022 I've had the pleasure to be involved in an advisory role in the development of KDV's facility in Carrara that will cater for all levels of Golf and Tennis with access to an unmatched team of professionals and coaches. Naturally, my area of the development has been focusing on the gym and it's facilities including a pool, saunas, ice baths and a fit out that will have to be seen to be believed. True credit to the people behind KDV that are investing in our beautiful city to provide such a breathtaking facility and bring opportunity to so many athletes! Stay tuned!

That's why the #preexhaust is one of my favourite and most commonly used techniques in the gym. Here is an awesome way to get your posterior chain firing before #kettlebells #kettlebellswings .. The lying 90 degree clam will target #glutemedius , the lying isolated #hipthrust will target #glutemax and the kettlebells swing will be your 'meat and potatoes' exercise to really make the whole posterior fire!
