Here's an idea; Lemon thyme glazed steak: Ingredients-... 75g of butter Quarter cup fresh lemon Thyme, chopped 1 Tbsp lemon juice Pinch of salt, pepper, chili powder clove of garlic Method: Melt the butter Add the thyme, garlic, lemon juice, and seasonings. Season with salt, pepper and chili powder to taste. Baste over steak before cooking in a pan. Pictured is our high quality lemon thyme. This is available from us or in store at your local IGA.
