21.01.2022 We do talking pictures as well! 20.01.2022 Nowanup Equinox Weekend special and grounding Last Equinox weekend it was special to join in a Nowanup camp facilitated by Noongar elders Uncles Eugene Eades and Noel Nannup as well as Denmark's VIvienne Robertson. The event was supported by Rod Safstrom and the Friends of Nownaup. Nowanup is a Noongar cultural base, a former farming property now part of Gondwana Link, currently owned by Greening Australia now being ecologically restored under the custodianship of Uncle Eu...gene. Over 30 participants joined in the activities which include yarnings, music, dance, walks, and circle-sharings. A focus of the weekend was exploring the spiritual links and connections between Noongar culture and the Abrahamic faiths. Great to be out on Boodja, building strong bonds between Noongar and Wadjella people, and learning to appreciate the deep wisdom within both indigenous and other cultural/religious traditions.

19.01.2022 The 4.4 million hectare Ngadju Indigenous Protected Area is now a reality. Amanda Keesing, Keith Bradby, Peter Price and Paula Deegan were honored to attend the dedication ceremony on Saturday, and delighted to connect again with so many Ngadju friends and their supporters. Many thanks to Les and Helen and the Ngadju Rangers for their hospitality, and congratulations to the whole Ngadju Nation.

18.01.2022 Congratulations to our friends at Millenium Kids! Well deserved.

05.01.2022 Long drive today. The Albany based team are heading to Norseman to join our friends in Ngadju Conservation (and a few other mates) who are gathering to celebrate the dedication of the 4.4 million hectare Ngadju Indigenous Protected Area in the Great Western Woodlands. Some of that story is in this clip - but there is so much more. Wonderful people - wonderful place. https://vimeo.com/482459719
