24.01.2022 Here in Australia, one of our major cities has gone into its second lockdown due to COVID-19. Understandably, many people around the world are feeling uncertain right now. When Justin was in the midst of his battle with Lyme disease, it was a challenging time for us. He had just closed his health food store, declared bankruptcy, then was in a state where he could barely string a sentence together due to cognitive decline (I'm not joking!). There is the saying "when it rains,... it pours", so then termites invaded our house and ate most of the frame in a wall of our garage. They sprayed it with poison and then I became sick from the toxic side effects of that. We had an amazing 84-year-old chiropractor working with us and he always used to say: "It's not the problems in life we face, it's how we react to them that counts". There is no doubt the current global pandemic is causing stress and significant challenge for people around the world. The question is... how will you respond? I know people who are paralysed with fear. If this is you be kind to yourself. Reach out and ask for support. Do at least one small thing each day to care for yourself! I know others who are spending hours and hours down the rabbit hole of conspiracy theories. Now some of these things may or may not be true. If this is you, my question is... how is this helping you? How is this helping others? What the current global situation has bought up for me, is that now, more than ever, I need to step up as a leader. I truly believe I can best be of service right now through sharing the incredible vehicle of business and health - both the transformational health products and the business opportunity. I believe now more than ever it is time for each of us to step up and shine our unique light into the world. If we can each bring just a little bit of brightness and joy to another right now, I think in many ways this is the most powerful thing we can do. We all have unique gifts to share, so now is the time to share them. Let's think about: Who we need to call and check in on, who might be struggling right now? Who we can cheer for? (let's all celebrate the success of others) What is a random act of kindness you can do for someone else? What is something that you can share to help support others? What is something funny or lighthearted you can share... let's make people laugh! Remember, you are unique, you have gifts to offer to the world and NOW is the time! Keep shining bright

23.01.2022 At an event on the past weekend, one of the speakers asked us to answer some questions While some were specific to our industry and company, I’m offering some of them here to allow you to reflect on how you will stretch, grow and challenge yourself to become more. What do you want to create in the next 12 months, how will your life look?... Write out a list of the things you will commit to to bring this into reality. What will you give up? How many hours a week do you commit to this? I am committed to helping others create more of what they want in their life, whether it is: Improved health Connectedness with a community of like-minded people More abundance More time freedom Incredible travel experiences I am giving up: excuses buying into unproductive drama Let me know in the comments about your thoughts on these questions declaring what you want gives more power for it to be created. Remember to dream again, you are the master of your life. If you want better health, more time, more money, more joy... it all begins with YOU

23.01.2022 Who is not great at doing their hair I am what could probably be described as hair styling incompetent. My bests skills are a ponytail or hair straightener This is the best blow dry I have ever managed to give myself thanks to my new @dysonhair wrap it. Have you tried one yet?

23.01.2022 How are your boundaries? I had a conversation with a couple of people today and we landed at they needed to really work together on their boundaries. Before I got married Justin and I did a course called Ultimate Relationships together.... One thing really stuck with me was how to prioritise your life. 1 is always YOURSELF. This is not selfish but making sure your look after you before anything else. If you are good, you can give more. My non-negotiable is one hour to workout in the morning. I also have other things in place to look after myself 2 Your partner - make sure you make time for your intimate relationship 3 Your kids - yep they don’t always get to be #1 4 Family and friends - make time for other people. 5 Work and Business - this is important, and being of service in the world you just need to make sure you have your priorities in the right order. Remember Make sure you are clear what you want. You don’t have to be obligated to put family, friends others above your personal well-being

05.01.2022 are you living your life or creating your life For many years I held a vision of a life with time and money freedom. It didn’t happen overnight, in fact it happened in incremental stages.... I left a full-time role at 27 years old to set up my own project management and planning consulting firm I successfully ran this for 13 years and it did bring more freedom than full-time work... However sometimes is was 12 hours a day 7 days a week, then sometimes I would be able to have a 3-day recovery week! While financially lucrative, I knew there had to be something even better! so 5 years ago I decided to try something new and become a brand ambassador in the direct sales space. so the call of more was still strong even though I had a successful professional career for 2 years I ran my business worked my butt off nights and weekends to build my side business. ! Five years in and I’ve been part of helping thousands transform their health Plus I have helped others start their entrepreneurial journey and get more of what they want in life This week it even meant we took the day off for Justin’s birthday, doing some cool work on body and mind. I first had the vision to create the lifestyle I had now 16 years ago... it took time to bring that vision into reality. Hold tight to your everyone, sometimes they can take time to show up!
