25.01.2022 Soothing a Traumatic Heart, Shifting Fear and Anxiety to Calmness This afternoon I got a message from a client saying he had a hard time-- last week he was beaten up by a group at an ATM and robbed off his wallet. He had to borrow money to pay bills and he had pain all over his body. He said it was so scary.... I felt sorry for him. I asked him to come over ASAP so that i could do something for him (free) to help him feel better immediately. He came in about 15 mins. As he was talking about that robbery experience, I felt his emotion-- so anxious and lost, a lot of fear. I cleared it and helped him release negative thoughts and emotion, then he felt lots better-- I could feel the calmness n peacefulness. His level of fear n anxiety dropped from 9 to 2 on a scale of 10. He kept thanking me. It was something I could do for someone in a hard time. I felt happy about being helpful.

I'm so thrilled by little surprises like this that add more deliciousness to life-- Love and appreciation, sharing and caring, kindness and generosity.

24.01.2022 121:30() : """" ... ()()"" : "!" ! "I can feel your healing power". "" ( "") Yesterday this client contacted me at 12 noon to book in for 1:30pm, without asking a question. When we met, I asked why he didn't ask about anything, he said, "You've got very good reviews!" I highly appreciate that total trust! (Total trust in the therapiest is crucial to the healing result.) He has got a fracture in his L5 left transverse process for a few years, which has caused him a lot of trouble with pain (mainly on his right back) and stiffess (mainly on his left side). I started with loosening up his body while palpitating his muscles, then did my "Release Technique". Within the first 10 minutes of treatment, his pain and discomfort reduced 50%. 14.01.2022 Clearing Negative Emotion from Being Bullied as a Teenager This morning a new client came for a massage. He said he needed a good relaxing massage and asked me not to do his neck. I asked if there is any particular reason. He said when he was in high school, he was bullied and the bullies liked to grab him by the neck. So, his neck area has become very sensitive and he gets very annoyed when touched on the neck. My first reaction was:... There's no way you should miss my nice relaxing neck massage! I proposed to clear that negative emotion in his neck area, and he accepted. First, I assessed the level of the client's negative emtion when I touched his neck. It was 7/10. I could feel his anxiety. After I released it, it was down to 2~3/10. He said he felt very little about it. After the release, I massaged his neck and he absolutely enjoyed it. "You have magic power! I can't believe you are touching my neck, which I am enjoying so much!" He exclaimed in amazement.

14.01.2022 Talk to Your Body Yesterday afternoon, a client told me he had a fall in the bathroom last week and hurt his knee. I told him he could talk to his knee-- we can talk to our body, communicate with our body, to enhance its healing. As soon as I touched his knee, it was crying out, "I am so sore!" I put my hands around it and spoke soothing words. ... I spoke on behalf of the client, thanked the knee for its support, apologised for the fall, asked for its forgiveness, emphasised oneness and the importance of working together. I encouraged the knee to take in the healing energy from my hands as much as it could and get strong and happy. I thanked the knee for doing its best to keep the client mobile. I projected love and appreciation into the knee and thanked the knee for everything it has done to stay strong. When I finished, the client said his knee did not feel sore. As he was getting in his car, he said his knee felt much stronger. He texted me when he got home:

08.01.2022 Balanced treatment is important- Is your chiro or physio actually helping you by treating ONLY the painful spot? I treated a client who had been suffering from pain due to his bulging disc in L4/L5. I started with loosening up his right back. "My pain is on the left side," he said.... "I know, but I need to do both sides so that your muscles pull evenly on your spine and it is beneficial for treating your bulging disc," I responded. I found his right back very tight, so I massaged to loosen it up. And, "Click!" something inside seemed to have opened up, and I felt his right back freer. "Was there a click inside?" I asked. "Yes, there was!" He confirmed Then I checked his left back to find it was a lot softer than the right side. "Did your physio and chiro only treated your painful spot on the left side?" I asked. "Yes," he replied No wonder! "If the muscles on both sides of your back are not pulling evenly, how can your bulging disc get better when it is more compressed on one side than the other? Does that make sense to you? I asked. "Yes, it does!" He replied. I further loosened up his back muscles and the soft tissues around his L4/L5 with my special technique for a few minutes. I then asked him to stand up and see how he was feeling. "I can stand up straight now!" He exclaimed, "and I feel much freer!" The next day he told me his condition continued to improve-- he could move around more easily and wasn't as huntched as he used to be. 03.01.2022 Treatment Story: Clearing Fear & Homesickness Around 3 hrs ago, a new client came in saying he was stressed. I felt he had a lot of fear feeling he wasn't able to do well, which he confirmed. I also felt he did not sleep much. He said he was stressed missing his family n partner in Melbourne, not able to sleep for a long time. 02.01.2022 I saw a client yesterday morning. He is 75 yrs old n wrote a letter telling his issues. After reading his letter, a big current of energy hit me in my face/chest so hard-- I felt his stress n crying in his heart. Tears were coming out of my eyes-- I was crying his cry! I could clearly tell it came from outside n not my own emotion. A very intersting feeling. I held his hand with one of mine, transmitting love, and cleared his energy with the other. Instantly I felt him calmi...ng down and feeling better, which he then confirmed. He loved my massage and was constantly commenting "you have very good hands", "I love your touch". He was totally relaxed and happy when we finished. "I will see you again next week," he said.
