24.01.2022 Our darling plumber Danny has found a little friend at his first job this morning. Her Momma ran up a tree practically leaping off Dannys back!!! Got to love the wildlife we find in our beautiful neighbourhoods. We are all so blessed!!!!

21.01.2022 This is a recommendation for others. Our story is for years other plumbers told us we had a "dummy" pipe. A pipe builders started then stopped and the pipe simply drained into dirt. Every year our pipes blocked like clockwork and every plumber told us about the dummy pipe. I tried Good Neighbour plumbing and he heard the story and later dug all the dirt from the pipe and showed me the huge mass of roots he pulled out and how the water could flow now . Our pipes dont block... each year now. The next time Good Neighbour plumbing came they didnt charge us! Our sons little friend had a sleep over and used heaps of toilet paper. The toilet blocked. Just before Good Neighbour Plumbing arrived the toilet unblocked by itself. Good Neighbour plumbing spent at least 1/2 hour checking all was really ok. He used the camera, checked water flow etc. As it was fairly soon after the first time they came Good Neighbour Plumbing didnt charge a cent. Wow. Had our en-suite cabinetry replaced and plumbing repaired after a burst hot water hose flood. Kim was very understanding about re-booking the work when we had an issue with one of the suppliers. Scott the plumber was great. Professional work, very knowledgeable and patient with our questions. What I really liked was there was no sales pressure as I have experienced with other companies, but a feeling of genuinely trying to help me solve a problem at a fair price. 03.01.2022 We got this beautiful email on Friday afternoon and it just made our weekend!!! "Dear GNP Team, WOW! I emailed late on Wednesday night, received a call Thursday morning, Friday afternoon - job done. I am lucky in this case to get a free time slot within 24 hours.... I have to commend the Kim and Gary for their professional approach. Kim was absolutely pleasant to talk with - bright, cheerful - her cheerfulness was jumping out of my earpiece. Gary called me 20 minutes before arrival. Gary was well presented, trade clothes - you could see Gary took pride in his physical presentation. We spoke about the job to be done. Gary quoted within about 10 minutes, I accepted. Gary executed what needed to be done - service taps - 2 bathrooms, change shower heads - 2 bathrooms, replace old taps with new taps. Whilst doing the work Gary advised the inlet hoses to the taps were showing signs of rust, I said please replace them and Gary did - no additional charge. To both Gary and Kim, thanks for a job well done! Your Customer Service was outstanding - over the phone, physical presentation, punctual, work executed, clean-up afterwards and closure. I had a job done today being replacing new shaft and pipes, we are very impressed with the work that was carried out today by the young gentleman Lachie D. and I wanted to let you know how special he is, so professional in the way he really cared about doing the job and I have never seen a worker more dedicated than Lachie, he is very pleasant to talk to and made us very happy knowing we was in good hands..
