02.01.2022 While we are isolating at home, we are wanting to make our environment as productive as possible but also calm and positive should be a priority. I love using Palo Santo for that, it’s great for grounding yourself when you’re feeling anxious or lost. It’s said to turn on your bodies relaxation responses and we all need some of that right now! Let us know what are some calming scents you’re surrounding yourself with right now!
