04.01.2022 February timetable! We added some new outdoor group classes. 1- Fit mama class - for mums of all ages and fitness levels, with or without bubs. We modify/adjust exercises so that everyone can enjoy the class and have a good time. 2 - Penalty box - mostly cardio, endurance, core and stamina training. For any fitness level. Come, try and love it!
