25.01.2022 Just a little reminder to book your catering ahead of time, I have never turned so many people away as we have this year, From covid closing our business down to pivoting with the restrictions and learning new ways to cater. It is now one of the busiest seasons ever.

08.01.2022 Life is very hectic at the moment, but lets still remember that we have to but in what we take out. I want to talk today about Composting and why it is hugely beneficial to the environment. We all know that it reduces the amount of food and garden waste thrown away, which in turn reduces the amount of methane greenhouse gas, but did you know it’s also a crucial part of the nitrogen cycle. Our plants need nitrogen-rich soil to grow fully and build protein, so soil from a ...compost heap will add to the natural nitrogen cycle by returning enriched soil to the ground. This also means you’ll need fewer artificial chemical fertilisers to feed your plants with, resulting in much healthier produce. 05.01.2022 There are so many things to be excited about at the moment. As long as people do the right thing on the 1st of November, we have some more restrictions lifted. Up to 40 people will be able to gather in homes and public spaces in Queensland as a group, remember if there is a covid plan in place with a caterer or event manager this can be more. ... The wedding dancing will kick in, up to 40 people. Family and friends will hopefully be able to visit from NSW with a pass. We can now stand while we eat and drink. From November 1st December Gatherings at homes and public places will jump to 50 people (up from 40). There will be "unlimited dancing at weddings.Yay! At this stage, Victoria's border will remain closed up to Christmas and until community transmission is under control. Let's do the right thing and still keep our distance. Maintain good hygiene Stay at home when sick and get tested if you have any concerns. We are feeling so blessed to be living in Qld

GATHERINGS: Increase gatherings in homes and public spaces from 40 to 50 people across Queensland.... INDOOR PREMISES: In venues & cafes etc is one person per 2m2 WEDDING CEREMONIES: Up to 200 people can attend a wedding and all guests can dance (both indoors and outdoors). FUNERALS: Up to 200 people can attend a funeral. Let's keep using good hygiene and stay home if you are sick and get tested.
