22.01.2022 Brekky at Spanish bar in Seaford this morning. This is a great little place, first time we have visited for Brekky, normally here for dinner. It didn't disappoint for breakfast favourite flavour this morning was my spinach and mushrooms yummy, so much food I couldn't finish. poached eggs, bacon, spinach, avo mushrooms. My partner in crime had scrambled eggs with Chorizo sausages nice and spicy (he loves the spicy food).Yes....another tick pot of tea with real tea no tea bag to be found. Bonus, headed over to the Farmers market across the road for a few bits and pieces. Glorious day in Melbourne and glorious weekend with fantastic food. #spanishbarseaford
20.01.2022 Well it has been a while, not that we haven't been visiting great cafes but we just haven't posted. Here we go a little gem of a place not too far from home. Tried the trio of dips yummy and real tea not a tea bag. Will be back on Sunday arvo soon to listen to live music and consume a couple of drinks.
20.01.2022 Having a meal and a drink @Humdinger before we head out to the movies. Great little gem in Frankston, quaint pub with great food. Worth trying the burgers and wings not on our menu tonight as we just wants something small scrumptious calamari.
19.01.2022 Decided to head down to Dromana for a beautiful sunset and a meal. There is nothing better than a Mornington Peninsula sunset over the bay. We have eaten at Two Buoys before and it never disappoints. Love the Tapas food, started off with the flatbreads and dips creamy and full of flavour. Calamari one of my favourites didn't leave anything on the plate and no sharing of this dish (it was all mine), pork slider, chicken skewers, beef taco no complaints all fresh and full of flavour and no crumbs left on the plate. Sweets worth the trip just for the Blueberry Mess yummy with Raspberry coulis and flourless Orange cake. 16.01.2022 We've headed west of Melbourne for the weekend and decided to call into Torquay on our way. Stopped at Torquay Larder for a bite to each. Chose the soup tomato, barley and lentils fantastic choice with multigrain sour dough toast. Have to add this soup to our lunch now just to work out the recipe. Tomatoes where fresh and had a bit of a kick but loved it, very filling but worth the detour. Of course another tick tea with real tea leaves. #food #cafe #Torquay #Torquaylarder
02.01.2022 Decided to pop down to Hendriks for Breaky this morning and it didn't disappoint, loved the Indo fritters Yummy. Great breakfast spot.
