Today, my friend Amie, bought me excess cucumbers and zucchini from her amazing little garden, and asked me to turn it into Gut friendly deliciousness, that can be stored....and means she can make the most of her efforts! Sooooooo, I supplemented her cucumbers with garlic, herbs and chillies groom my garden and Voile' we have pickled cucumbers. Annnnnd, with, herbs, eggs and garlic from my garden, I made her GF Zucchini muffins. ...Low carb, high protein, vegetarian and Good for your Guts!
