20.01.2022 Often people come to the clinic and say, "I have sore shoulder, Can you Massage shoulder???" Theoretically speaking, if you have soreness/Pain, redness and swollen somewhere in your body, that means you may have inflammation in your body so massage on the sore spot, it's going to stimulate the inflammation - would be getting worse....also the pain/soreness might not be cause of where the sore spot is. most of the Pain come from imbalanced posture....such as sometimes sore sh...oulder come from bad back or tight Hamstrings... So my Japanese remedial Massage focus on where the pain may come from and make your body become well balanced. Haven't solved your pain yet? please call for your appointment.

13.01.2022 Some people are misunderstanding about Bodywork like massage. There is no such a thing " No Pain No Gain" - too tight muscle may need very gentle touch like Bowen. Bowen is Not Massage because Bowen is addressing on Fascia - Not on Muscle, Fascia is on skin and connecting to all most everything in your body. So very gentle touch is working very well....
