We will be focusing on providing great beer to awesome people, so if you don't like great beer, and/or you're not awesome there probably won't be much here for you! 11.01.2022 I just saw the first glimpse of the GKB logo as it comes into being. I have to confess, I was a little bit emotional as my good friend, and talented designer Aaron Thomas gave me a peek. Bang on and terribly exciting! Good Knight Brewing takes another step into the world and is going to look very good doing so! Can't wait until the grand opening...
07.01.2022 I'm getting quotes on the fabrication of my brewing vessels. It's tricky because it sounds like a platitude, but I keep feeling the Lao Tzu quote "A journey of a thousand miles begins with one step" resonating within. It's even cooler that I have now taken, I dunno, three or four steps? I know I am absolutely looking forward to all that shiny shiny!
04.01.2022 I had a really exciting chat with a local stainless steel fabricator today. It is awesome to find a professional in the welding/fabrication field who also brews, grows hops and a can appreciate a good beer. I'm hoping I can get some quotes in the next week or so and begin the fabrication of my brewery. I feel it may be the starting point of a beautiful relationship!
