25.01.2022 Breakfast Muffins by @aktivliving are drool worth! To make this bundles of goodness follow the recipe below! Recipe 15g flaxseed meal or 1 egg... medium carrot grated 180g @uncletobys Ancient Grains Oats 1/4 Cup @goodmix_superfoods Blend 11 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 ripe smashed banana 1 Cup of Coconut or Almond milk (I used @naturalrawc Calcium Boosted Coconut Milk) 2-3 Tablespoon agave syrup (or honey) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Pinch of salt 75g frozen blueberries Add 40ml water to the flaxseed meal to make the flax egg. Leave to sit for around 15 minutes until it goes gloopy. Lightly grease a muffin tin, or prepare six paper cases. Heat Oven 180c Finely grate the carrot and add to a mixing bowl along with ancient grains, baking powder, and Blend 11 Blend the banana, nut milk, agave syrup, flax or egg, vanilla extract and salt until smooth. Combine the dry and wet ingredients, then stir through the blueberries. Spoon the mixture into the muffin cases, let it sit for five minutes, then bake for 30 minutes. 22.01.2022 Chocolate and Raspberry Slice Ingredients Chocolate Base: ... 1x 375g Ballbag 45g coconut oil ( sub 5ml water if using nut free bag) Raspberry Filling: 150g Cashews or sunflower seeds 3tbs coconut oil 1tsp vanilla extract 200g fresh or frozen raspberries 2 tbs rice malt syrup Method For the base: Combine ballbag contents and oil/water and press into a 20cm square tin or loaf tin. Chill in fridge while you make the raspberry topping. For the filling: Place the cashews (or sunflower seeds) in your food processor and blitz until a meal consistency. Add all other filling ingredients and process until smooth. Pour into prepared base, smooth top and refrigerate or freeze until set. Slice, share and indulge! Serves approx 12 See more

Maple Syrup -1/2 tbsp Almond Milk 1 Cup Vanilla Bean Paste 1/2 tsp GoodMix Superfoods Greens + Aloe 1.5 tsp Raisins Vanilla Bean & Chocolate Almond Ice Cream / Vanilla Ice Cream Shaved Milk & White Chocolates Method 1) In a blender, mix: Maple Syrup, Almond Milk, Vanilla Bean Paste & GoodMix Superfoods Greens + Aloe Powder. 2) Add Chia Seed and the blended mix in a clean bowl and stir well for 2 minutes. Make sure that there is no clumps of chia seeds. Rest the mix for 15 minutes. 3) The chia seed will actually begin to thicken a bit, like a gel like texture. Stir again for 1 minute & keep it refrigerated for overnight in a closed container. You can use this pudding mix to make your dessert for up to 4 days. 4) To make the dessert, layer your Chia Pudding with raisins, vanilla ice cream, and chocolate. Alternatively, you can use fresh berries and fruits to make it a complete healthier dessert. See more

Ingredients 1/2 cup of dry Chocolate BallBag Mix 1 heaped tsp Organic Cacao Power... 1 tsp of your favorite nut butter (we used peanut butter) 1/2 small Avocado 2 small frozen Bananas 1/2 cup of milk of choice Method 1. 04.01.2022 The BixMix can be a little spicy for some people (the cracked pepper), so this is a nice way to sweeten / calm the spiciness plus add some more veggies in perfect for kids (they will never know they are eating pumpkin unless you tell them)! So delicious, these tasters were a big hit at our market stalls. Ingredients 1x 400g pack of BixMix, dry do NOT add the water as directed on pack, your roast pumpkin should provide enough moisture. 2 cups roast jap pumpkin (skin on)... 50 ml healthy oil (olive, coconut, macadamia) 1/2 cup of pine nuts *No water (depends on how moist your pumpkin was, I needed none). Method 1.Tip BixMix into a bowl. 2.Add the roast pumpkin & oil 3.Mash / mix / squash it all together evenly until you have a nice firm dough. 4.Leave to sit for at least 3-4 hours (or overnight / couple of days in the fridge is fine). 5.Using a rolling pin, roll mix out evenly between baking paper on your bench, to a thickness of approx 2mm. 6.Transfer to baking trays, (youll need 2) peel top layer of paper off & cut crackers (a pizza cutter works well, or you can do shapes with a cookie cutter). 7.Bake on a low heat until starting to crisp (I used 160 degrees for approx 40mins, then turned oven off but left fan on, until crackers were fully dry & would snap nicely. Serves Approx 2 oven trays full of crackers almost half a kg of healthy crackers! #bixmix #recipe #healthyrecipe #nutrition #goodmix
