22.01.2022 Wave Lace I by Alex Kess Location: Wanda Beach, Cronulla, Australia... Description: This is an aerial drone photograph taken over Wanda Beach on a chilly winters morning. Hues of emerald greens, turquoise and blues are overlaid by a brilliant white layer of lace-like seawash. The editing technique applied to the photograph was inspired by the concept of the Rorschach Test (Inkblot test). This creates a phenomenon whereby the eye perceives patterns, symbols and even faces within the image itself.
