25.01.2022 Happy Monday Hope you all had a nice weekend. An Ayurvedic wellness tip for the week ahead to try is to spend at least 10-20 minutes outside in the morning connecting to nature before the craziness of the day starts. According to Ayurveda one of the keys to good health is living in tune with nature’s cycles. Sitting in a mindful way observing mother nature at play can help to support a healthy nervous systems, digestion and our energy levels.... It's honestly such a peaceful way to start the day. This morning I was up for sunrise at the beach, even though it was hiding behind the clouds nature never disappoints and I can feel the positive influence it has on my physical and emotional state so it's a win, win. Have a good week #ayurvedicclock #nature #balanceyourbody

25.01.2022 In the beginning stages of developing content for an 8 week online wellness program for Women launching in April. My vision is to bring like minded women together, an online community where we can learn, grow and evolve as individuals and support each other to live a life of meaning and purpose. This has been in the pipeline for sometime now and the road forward was clear in terms of what I want to offer. The modalities of Yoga Lifestyle, Meditation, Wellness coaching, Ayurve...dic holistic stratgies won't change. BUT now due to the senstive nature of what we are facing as a community I would love to hear how you best think I can serve women using these tools. If you were to particpate in such an online suppot program what would you want to see in it? What outcomes would you want to achieve from it? What are some of your current wellness blocks? I really appreciate your feedback ladies, feel free to PM your thoughts. Chantelle

24.01.2022 How awesome are these colours in this design? Very spring, my fave season ever. Who's feeling that the change of seasons has brought a bit of a shift in energy and motivation? I've neglected and missed connecting with you over the past month on this platform, my energy was needed in other community yoga projects that I work on and other special celebrations connected to the the yoga calendar. My husband and I started a new Kirtan Meditation evening with our friends at Sandga...te in Brisbane, this experience has just been so inspiring on so many levels (another post for another time). The Griffith University yoga club project that I am involved in too has also provided alot of personal learnings and self reflections which I am appreciative for. On the home schooling front there has been moments of joy and moments of deep prayer and surrender haha! But it's amazing to walk this journey with my daughter and watch her grow up way too quickly before my eyes. And among all of this August provided me with a forced stop which was needed and welcomed when my body fell sick. And in those bite size pieces of times that I deeply cherish, I also got to chip away at the future work that calls me in such a strong way and teaches me patiences and trust in the process. The wheels are in motion and the creative process has started for my new 8 week online wellness coaching program that will serve that woman who is ready to experience that next layer of transformation in their life to end 2020 with more awareness, connection, focus and belief in their potential to do great things! If you are feeling like you are ready for this change in your life, then let's chat. I have only 10 spots available (so much more about the program to come but I just wanted to put it out there as from my own experiences sometimes I am pulled from within when an opportunity is presented and I don't know much about it but a big YES speaks to me from within, maybe this might be your case so I would love to chat and hear more about you. Wishing you all well Best Wishes Chantelle #WomensHealth #yogalifestyle #coachingprogramforwoman #transformation

23.01.2022 The concept of spirtual health was very foreign to me 10 years ago. I found myself seeking solutions to early signs of professional burnout, dissatisfaction with life and stored up emotional baggage from mind sabotage in ways which were creating more disharmony in my life and causing me to make decisions around my health and wellness which were contrary to living a life of balance. The path of yoga found me, it has enriched my life in evey aspect, and continues to do so to th...is very day both personally and professionally. The beauty of this science is that it is just that, a science. If you do x and y the outcome will be z. You don't need to give up anything, or change anything, simply by regularly applying the tools and technquies to your life a deeper and more conscious way of living starts to unfold and so much organic change and transformation takes place naturally. PM me today for a special meditation gift, the very same track which helped me to develop a daily consistant practice 10 years ago. All you need is 10 minutes a day and a little will to press play Chantelle #burnouts #emotionalbalance #workplacewellness #meditationpractice

23.01.2022 Do you take time out for daily reflection? A dear mentor of mine talks about the idea of taking our spritual temperature regularly, to pull out unwanted weeds that stunt the growth of our little creeper of spirtual growth within. The easiest way to gain clairty and to remove seeds that inhbit our growth is through the practice of mantra meditation. I especially love practicing in nature at sunset. ... Something about ending the day with the sun, the soothing and uplifting energy of this time of day and the mood of reflection it invokes plus the enriching experience and comfort within that comes from connecting to a spirtual source through my practice. #yogapath #spirituality #mantrameditation #mothernature #sunsetbrisbane

17.01.2022 One of Ayurveda single most powerful tool is the regime of Dinacharya. This Sanskrit word translates to daily behaviours. Its a concept in Auyirvedic medicine that look at the cycles of nature and bases daily activities around these cycles. Establishing daily routines and rituals that align with natures rhythms is the key to brining balance to your body and mind, ultimately promoting good health and vitality. Some key habits that can support you for your day ahead in the most... incredible ways is meditation, time outdoor and a cleansing morning tea of lemon, ginger and honey to aid good digestion. My little beachside possie this morning, ticking lots of good morning practices off in one. Perfect for mum and work life. Namaste

What an honour to provide a forum to meet some of these inspiring people in our community who are so selflessly serving in our community and working so hard especially during this public heal...th crisis. I love coaching with tools and wisdom that I know brings about an organic change from the inside-out. That is why I choose to adopt the safe and scientific ways from Yoga Lifestyle, Ayurveda and the Science of Spirituality as my practice framework.... Education breeds awareness, awareness inspires CHANGE! Changing the behaviours that contributed to the manifestation of imbalance and disease through education is an essential part of healing. #wellnesscoach #womenshealth #ayurveda #healing #educationempowers

03.01.2022 We can't wait for this beautiful beachside meditation experience next week, join us friends it's going to be soooo nice.

02.01.2022 When we do the work on ourselves it also offers a conducive environment to see how we can also support those around us. Our habits can either positively influence or negatively impact. There are so many wrongs I do as a parent but totally thankful for the ancient sciences of yoga and Ayurveda for giving me a roadmap to help me parent in a consciouse way, in a way that will lay down some extremely healthy habits and a lifestyle that supports a deeper undetstanding to life. On...e of the greatest lessons motherhood has taught me is to think of myself less and to lead each day with faith in whatever experiences that arise there is an opprtunity to learn and grow from them and to seek self improvement. When I let the bar down on my own self care I can't show up in the mindful, tolerant and intentful way that I desire. So living my best life isn't just about me. When we live in harmony with nature and align our life to growing spirtually and acting from a deeper understanding of who we are then this creates a wondeful opportunity to be the greatest teachers to our children It's amazing how in-tune children are, whether it is taking sometime each week to give some grounding ayurvedic massages to your kids or taking them on an early morning walk in nature to start there day or teaching them some aum hari aum breathing as a way to step back from their minds... They feel it! They experience the benefits too and they come seeking it out the more you expose them to it and live by it yourself. Building resilience from the ever changing circumstances of life starts with you. I'd love to connect with any parents seeking better outcomes to their health and well-being. PM me for a free copy of my habit tracker guide to kick start some essentials self-care habits guiding you towardssa more conscious way to parent. #workingmum #dailyhabits #yogamum #mentalhealth

02.01.2022 We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit. By Aristotle With the luxury of more time on our hands and less distractions from all the things we usually fill our life with, I've personally been taking this time to review my current situation, actions and goals; reflecting on ways to improve myself as a person. Not always an easy thing to look within and ask those big questions that can sometime feel like you are opening up a can of worms. But g...osh so important if we truly want to live a life of value and meaning and seek the path of true happiness. This quote I read last night really spoke volumes to me and so I share it with you today hoping it might add some value to your day. Some food for thought, hoping it can inspire some honest conversations with ourselves, some time in contemplation.....asking ourselves if our current actions are currently serving us?

01.01.2022 I need your help please? Who's looking after our front-line worker's well-being? Long hours, limited resources, service delivery re-structures, st...affing issues, delivering essential services as safely as possible, the list goes on. I have created a Covid-19 give back project for our front-line warriors but I need your help in getting the word out. How you can help? * Please share this group on your page encouraging others to also share the information about this private group to their page. If you know someone working in these industries; Aged Services Child Protection Officer Community Corrections Officer Community Worker Counselling Disability Services Worker Family Services Officer Human Services Practitioner Policy Officer Youth Worker Nurses Doctors Paramedic .... the list of these warriors go on and is not limited to the above.
