25.01.2022 ~ s i l v e r b e e t ~ One of the hardiest veg weve ever grown. Ive named this little beast Hydra after the mythical serpent because when I cut its leaves to eat, 2 more grow back in its place. 1 Silverbeet plant has lasted us months ! Just remember to leave 1 leaf on the plant. .
