25.01.2022 I am feeling so blessed as I got to spend time today with 2 amazing kids - my great nephew Hunter who I hadn’t had a chance to meet due to Covid and my beautiful great niece Lateisha. Aren’t they just beautiful The borders opened and I was able to fly to qld I am here to film the online course for eating secrets the ultimate guide to overcome binge eating and I snuck in a day to spend with this amazing pair.

19.01.2022 What did you do this weekend that gave you joy ? Getting out there and having a bit of fun last night with friends with a bit of 10 pin bowling. Managed to break a nail and feeling sore muscles in areas that have not been worked out for a while. ... It was good to get out their and do something active and fun. That is something that has been missing since the pandemic hit - not as much activity or movement of the body and it us feeling very stiff. I have booked a new PT starting Monday and have reconnected with a lady I used to do 1:1 yoga so she could support me through the moves then she would give me a massage it was heaven. 10.01.2022 Improve Your Life by Changing Your Thinking You really can improve your life by changing the way you think. If you perceive that your life is in a ditch and you think it’s because of all the negativity, it probably is. There are many ways that you can work to change your thinking process and concentrate on the positive things in life. Negative thinking can sometimes become an excuse to live in the rut you’ve created for yourself. You stay on ‘autopilot’ and the world revolves... around you rather than taking you up in its excitement, adventures and challenges. It’s safer to stay in that rut. The negative thinking can protect you from the outside world so that you don’t have to interact with people, listen to them and even feel anything that’s happening to you. But, when you replace the negative thoughts with positive ones, you’ll find that you’re enjoying life much more. Even though there might be ups and downs, it’s preferable from the nothingness you experience by negative thinking. Here are some tips to improve your thinking process: See challenges as opportunities. Even if you face a challenge and fail, at least you’ve tried and you can pat yourself on the back and feel more positive about yourself. Think of challenges as chances to learn and grow. Look forward to the future. Unless you’re looking forward to the future, you’re miserable in the present. The future has so much potential for you to prosper and learn and to have all good things enter your life. Don’t expect overnight success. When you’re attempting to change your thinking from negative to positive, it won’t happen overnight. Give yourself some leeway to take some time to succeed. You may have had a lifetime of living with negative thinking. It’s bound to take some time to overcome them. Experience and learn new things. Don’t deprecate yourself in front of others. That’s negative thinking about yourself coming out in a voice to others. Have the courage to praise yourself or tout what you’ve done in the past. Help others think of you as a positive person rather than one who’s down on him or herself.

09.01.2022 Today I arranged my second women's meetup group and I had difficulties as i messed up with the zoom link so I think the ladies who RSVP had problems getting in and in the end I sorted it and only had 1 lady join. I could have given up but I CHOOSE to not get too caught up in the difficulty and enjoyed the connection I did make. 09.01.2022 I was at my chiropractor the other day and I noticed this photo he had in the treatment room . I had to take a photo as it reminded me of how far I have come from the person who was afraid to speak up as others will just think I am boring and just not worth even knowing and so basically afraid to be ME. Shit we should never be afraid of being ourselves. Having worked through insecurities and other beliefs holding me back there is a difference in how I respond to situations... and can be confident in who I am. 08.01.2022 April 3 years ago I took a trip to QLD that changed how I look at life and myself. After studying many other techniques It transformed how I work with women allowing them to finally break the cycle of their fears and stop living their life stressed and living with imposter syndrome enabling them to feel in control and love life feeling calm and happy. 06.01.2022 R u ok? Some days are better than others and there are days where all you want to do when you wake up is pull the doona over your head and hide and go back into dream world. I know I get that sometimes but it is not always possible and so you drag yourself out and carry on. The day either gets better or goes further to shit. ... It could even be a day where you bound out of bed but then something happens and it goes to shit. We have a choice to either sit in that shit or clean ourselves off and smell the roses instead. 06.01.2022 I know sometimes I have thought that Life hasn’t gone the way I had hoped? Things have happened that made me think shit WHY did that happen to me. My conversations with last two clients have been they are feeling stuck in the same job, in a career that had promise but somehow has fallen short. They have found themselves wanting to shift and even feeling disrespected. They want more and even believe that their dream life is not on the cards. What I learnt about myself ...after getting involved in personal development, it is often about not having the right kind of attitude that has prevented me from having what I wanted. It was when I changed my attitude and then could get help in clearing my head chatter of beating myself up emotionally, that i finally got results to have a better life and feel good about myself. How to figure out if the attitude could use some adjusting? Are people trying to avoid you? Getting set off by the smallest incidents? Cant ignore anymore what people have mentioned about having a bad attitude. The next time ask yourself this question. Is this something that was my responsibility? Go through the scenario from the perspective of an outsider observing. Is there anything I could have done differently that would have changed the result? Think back to what you said and see if you were the one responsible. Going through this exercise, it may become apparent who was actually wrong and maybe you are in the wrong more often than you realised. Once you come to this realisation, and you are ready to accept your part in how your life is what it is, you can then choose to shift it and that is where I can help. When you are ready to live a happier and stress free life or maybe like me wanting to clear a feeling of not belonging or like my clients wanting to find their dream job. 05.01.2022 Feeling a little Crazy at the moment ? Understanding Self talk can help Your inner voice can make a huge difference in your happiness, success and productivity. You’ve heard the old saying that you can easily talk to yourself, but when you begin to answer yourself, there’s a problem. Actually, that’s far from the truth. Listening to your talk and then providing answers can actually be very useful to your well-being.... You may get a clue that you’re self-talking if you’re experiencing a wave of negative behaviour, feeling a little crazy or depressed. You may notice that you’re not progressing in your personal or business life. Maybe even having thoughts that everyone is against you and that you have no chance of getting ahead. Tuning in to your self-talk can help you analyse it and then you can begin to correct the negative talks you’re giving yourself. All it involves is periodically pausing and asking yourself, What am I telling myself at this minute? This is especially helpful if you do it when you’re anxious or unhappy about something. After you understand a bit of what and how you’re bombarding yourself with negative thoughts you can begin to anticipate what you might say to yourself during certain situations and rewrite the dialog. If the dialog doesn’t quite go the way you planned it in your mind, you can change the dialog as you go. As long as you understand that you’re telling yourself certain things (true or not) that might change the outcome of a situation, you can adjust your self-talk to turn a very difficult situation into one where you’re successful. The way you use your inner voice makes a difference in whether your life is filled with positive happenings or negative ones. If you’re feeling depressed or feel that your self confidence is low, it’s time to listen to what you’re telling yourself. You may immediately see what you’re doing or you may need to write down some of these thoughts and analyse them later. Also, think of how others may see you and hear you when you’re going through the negative self-talk. You may be manifesting your negativity through your dealings with others and you need to know that it will change others’ perspective of you. It will definitely change your perspective of yourself. 02.01.2022 Who has a 2021 Self Development Plan? I love self development and I am constantly on the journey after all it was through self Development that I have found peace within myself. A New Year hails a new beginning for most of us. Some may resolve to quit smoking, lose weight, get a new job or get our finances in order. By February, some of our resolve has vanished, mainly because we couldn’t get over ourselves. We’re our own worst enemies when it comes to change.... What most of us need is a plan that we can understand and stick to, through all of the hurdles, temptations and stress that enter our lives. This Self Development Plan contains five basic elements that you’ll need to overcome yourself and win the battles to take you to ultimate success The elements are: Spiritual You don’t have to be religious to be a spiritual person. When a person has spiritual strength within, they have a built in belief system in themselves that will propel them on no matter what the problem. Habits We all have some habits we’d like to rid ourselves of, but some habits are debilitating and affect many areas of our lives in a negative way. Stress Too much stress in our lives can lead to depression and anxiety and take a toll on our health. Find a way to control stress and you’ve found a key element toward positive self-development. Relationships There are many types of relationships in our lives family, spouse or love interest, friends, money, co-workers and even food. Until we address the toxic relationships in our lives that keep us from success we’ll be lacking in that part of our lives. Body/Mind As you care for your body so you care for your mind. Yes it is hiding and can’t be seen through the fog and mist but it is still there as majestic as it has always been and it just needs the wind and the sun to help clear the way so everyone can enjoy the beauty.
