19.01.2022 This is one of my ‘must haves’! I wanted something to go on my roast lamb sandwiches so I came up with this one and it’s fantastic! Everyone loves it! It contains apple, mint, rosemary and garlic and is gluten free. Mix it with sour cream or cream cheese to make a delicious dip.

14.01.2022 Well its Monday and i have been Cooking up a Storm! This week i will be Cooking everyday in between running down to John Hunter tomorrow. Then home to Cook till late at night, Then Wednesday a run over to Gloucester and Krambach on way home. I have a 2pm appointment with Telstra about my phone internet, then maybe more Cooking. Thursday Back down to Newcastle for Bottles and Jars will i Cook after that i dont know but Friday i ain't going anywhere and will be Cooking all Day so ends my Monday of a busy week
