18.01.2022 Meet our Founder and Director, Sophie. Good food made with love has been the focus of Sophie's life for as long as she can remember. She cooked her first three-course meal for her family when she was 10 and from that moment, she knew that nothing is so rewarding as sharing good food. Sophie’s food philosophy focuses on simplicity and letting quality produce speak for itself. She’s a perfectionist with a sophisticated understanding of flavours and these two traits are evident in every dish that Goodplate creates.

08.01.2022 Bone broth might seem like a buzz word at the moment but there’s good reason behind it. Bone broth is made using bones containing iron, calcium, zinc, manganese and vitamins A & K. All of which help to protect our joints, reduce inflammation and keep our gut healthy. Our beef bone broth is simmered with fresh turmeric, garlic, galangal, star anise and other asian spices before we add cubes of pumpkin and shredded wombok. Dairy and gluten free, it's light but with incredible depth of flavour you'll want to drink again and again.
