If your child is showing symptoms of Pertussis/Whopping Cough please take the child to the doctor to obtain a medical diagnosis, and once the child has been cleared by the doctor (with a letter of clearance) your child can then resume school. The early diagnosis of Pertussis/Whopping Cough is important in keeping the whole community safe from this viral disease. He ...also made clear that if parents and carers chose to keep their children home under their supervision, they were free to do so. This mornIng, the NSW Premier encouraged parents to keep their children at home, wherever possible. Each school will communicate directly with families to provide appropriate information about supporting learning for students who are staying at home. 05.01.2022 Dear Parents and Guardians, As previously advised, teaching and learning for Term 2 will commence from tomorrow morning (Wednesday 29th April). Learning will be delivered to students in the same way it was provided in the last weeks of Term 1. Activities will be delivered online to students via Google Classroom as well as the school website At Home Learning page. This will continue until week 3 when we start the process of returning to full schooling. ... From tomorrow morning, school will remain open for parents and carers who need to send their children to school; however, the State Governments directive to parents to keep their children home, if practical, still applies.
