16.01.2022 We celebrate 70 years since ALWS Australian Lutheran World Service began! See how Aussies and Kiwis like YOU bring love to life 'for the forgotten' through ALWS. Hear from the people whose lives have changed because of what generous caring people like you do. Enjoy 70 years of kindness in three minutes of smiles. You'll smile too!

09.01.2022 All Saints Day at Witta. The custom of commemorating all of the martyrs of the church on a single day goes back at least to the third century. Last Sunday at church, we had a special time to light a candle for a loved one who had died within the last year. Candles were also lit in memory of others held dear in our hearts.

08.01.2022 Grace Space Day Witta Saturday 24th October 2020 A time of reflection, gratitude and hope will be the focus for Grace Space at Witta. We plan to begin at 10:00am. Please bring your own picnic lunch and we will endeavour to provide coffee and tea. 05.01.2022 Easter is an all-day celebration in the Batak churches of Indonesia. Beginning at around 5.00am, the program of worship, seminars, food and activities, however, does more than celebrate an important faith festival. Christians in the predominantly Muslim nation are encouraged by Easter celebrations to persevere in faith in the face of grave persecution.

05.01.2022 What a wonderful time it was last weekend to farewell Pastor Maurie and Annie. Great to join with our brothers and sisters from St Luke's at the farewell luncheon. A tinge of sadness as he gave his last service before retirement up at Witta. Our thoughts and prayers are with Pastor Maurie and Annie in their retirement. What a blessing they both have been to our congregations. A gift of a cheese board as memory of our little church on the range.
