25.01.2022 We are loving seeing Sienna Holdsworth-Rose having fun on Diamond (Coolart Farm Short Torque) one of our homebreds by Wirragulla Nicklaus. We were lucky to have Zoe Boulton produce and compete her and then both Zoe and Jamie and I have had 4 lovely foals from her. We thought she would enjoy coming back into work. Senni is a beautiful little rider and we are looking forward to seeing them have lots of fun in the junior classes. Photo taken at their farm having some fun for the online Equitation comp. So good to see kids making the most of lockdown!

He is a beautiful type with good movement and very good jumping technique. Competing 1.05m in the ring training 1.10m plus at home. He is a very careful jumper with plenty of scope and would suit someone looking for a serious horse to take on.

Jamie’s 2 Kannan mares Marine park Kandoo and Oaks Kaleidoscope both jumped lovely clear rounds. Loose Kannan our Kannan gelding jumped double clear in the talent spotter biggest track he has jumped and so happy with him. Lizetta jumped a good clear in the Friday 1.30m and was super in the GP. Joy had a good r...ound in the 1.05m on Sunday and Insync jumped super in the 1m 2nd start at a show. So happy for Sienna and Arienne Holdsworth-Rose both girls riding beautifully and Senni winning the 1.10m on Coolart Farm Short Torque. 21.01.2022 Great show on the weekend at Werribee run by the Geelong Showjumping Club. Saturday was an amazing day at Werribee and good Jumping in all classes. Great courses in main ring as always by David Sheppard and Tim Haworth did an excellent job in the 2nd ring. We took Camacho, Loose Kannan and Lizetta. So good to get them out and very happy with the way they jumped over the 2 days. The 2 youngsters jumping clear and Lizetta placing in the 1.35cm. The Geelong committee did a super... job organizing and had good numbers in all classes and then a feature speed class on Sat night whilst enjoying wood fired pizza. 18.01.2022 Great to be back home after a very wet Australian Championships. The team at Boneo Park have to be applauded for their amazing venue and attention to detail. They ticked every box for Boneo Cup and the Titles to make it a fantastic event with horses/riders catered for in every way. The weather is the only thing they had no control over but the excellent facilities enabled the show to go on and to be the success it was. Our horses jumped well and gained lots of good experienc...e. Lizetta stepped up to the mini-prix and whilst it was tough for her it was excellent miles and we are looking forward to improving over the bigger tracks. She was inexperienced at that level and I was out of touch but it was so good to be jumping around the bigger tracks again. Our youngsters Loose Kannan and Camacho were fantastic Loose Kannan (Gonzo) just missed out in qualifying (Emerald) but so happy with him he just keeps improving and takes everything in his stride. Camacho (Balou) was a star never seeing anything like the size of the fences in the Emerald final and just kept improving each start and finished with a place in the final which was so exciting. Jamie was happy to get the ride on Coolart Farm Classic Trak in the Emerald also, owned by Laura Darvel, Laura broke her elbow having a fall from her truck and was so disappointed to have to miss riding at the show. All her work made Jamies job easy and he was thrilled for Fritz to place 5 th in the final. Big congratulations to all the winners and to Tom McDermott for taking out the Senior Title. 05.01.2022 Congratulations to the Yarra Valley Showjumping Club for another great show. The hard working committee once again did a super job and made it a great weekends jumping! We took 2 young Kannans Rosie owned by Laura and Sue Darvall and Oaks Kaleidoscope owned in partnership with Sam Beddison both babies first time out and we were thrilled with them, cantered around like veterans taking everything in their strides. We are looking forward to an exciting future with them. Loose ...Kannan (Gonzo) and Camacho (Balou) both jumped so well in the 1.10m Camacho enjoyed the easier start after the Emerald final at the Nationals and once again jumped super clean rounds giving plenty of air over the fences. Gonzo gave me a great first ride and as usual super careful unfortunately the rider had a time fault. As always we were so pleased with Lizetta in the 1.35m and GP she always tries so hard for me and was thrilled with her, placing in both classes. We both learned so much from the tougher starts at the Nationals. The grounds were fantastic and both Mark Brennan and Ed McNair built super tracks all weekend in both rings. It was a great weekend to finish off the years competitions and we look forward to 2020. Also great to catch up with plenty of laughs with our good friends! 04.01.2022 Once again a great show put on by NVSJC. Grounds and courses were excellent and very pleased with all the horses. The 3 Kannan’s were fantastic Marine Park Kandoo owned by Sue and Laura Darvall 2nd in her first 1.05m Oaks Kaleidoscope owned by Sam Beddison and Jamie and I double clear in the 1.15m and Loose Kannan won the 1.25m. Lizetta ran 2nd in the 1.35 and Joy’s young horse Yarram Kinetic had his first 1.05m and was super as was Tony Erickson and Derelys Carneli’s lovely ...youngster Insync. He jumped his first 1m at his first show and looks to be a very promising youngster. Hayley rode a beautiful double clear with Little Miss Global in the 1.05m and we were so happy to see Sandy Zeuschner jump a wonderful round in the 85cm. 03.01.2022 DJWTS what an amazing few days. Congratulations Bronwyn Shortt and all the hard working committee! Fabulous show,format,ground and courses! So many talented youngsters certainly looks very promising for Australian Showjumping moving forward. We were very happy with the horses. In the 5yo Insync owned by Tony Erickson and Derelys Carneli jumped very well only had his first jump in October and even though he had a couple of fences down he travelled well and improved each day. ...Joy Loedeman’s 5yo Yarram Kinetic jumped super and did everything asked of him jumped clean and travelled well Joy was thrilled with how he went. Danni and Seamus Marwood’s Wild Child jumped in the 1.10m and got into all jump off’s super young horse with great attitude. Goodspell Park Kannan jumped consistently in the 1.20m unfortunately he didn’t jump off as we were in the other ring with 6 yo’s. In the 6 yo’s our 2 Kannan mares Oaks Kaleidoscope owned in partnership with Sam Beddison placed everyday and finished 4th overall and Marine Park Kandoo owned by Sue and Laura Darvall finished 10th overall a big effort for the girls. We are so happy with both and it was fantastic that Sam and Laura were able to get to the show to watch them. Lizetta jumped in the Current Stars rider error dashed her hopes of jumping clean but for her part she jumped and gave everything as she always does. Thank you to Joy for all her hard work in keeping everything running smoothly, our wonderful friend Niamh Whitecombe for plaiting the girls and helping. It was so good to catch up with lots of friends and to be able to watch so many talented youngsters.
