08.01.2022 Our Kindy children today went for an excursion to the local war memorial statue for Remembrance Day. The children over the past week have been exploring why we celebrate Remembrance Day and it’s importance to our society. We created a wreath of poppies to place at the foot of the statue and we took a minute silence to say thank you to the soldiers that lose their life to protect our country. LEST WE FORGET!
