22.01.2022 Just received our LIVE BUTTERFLY CHRYSALIS KIT this will be located in the kinder room for children to observe the transformation of a chrysalis into a butterfly, a beautiful symbol of new beginnings, life and love... once the butterflies are formed children will get to release them outside and make a wish www.butterflyadventures.com.au

21.01.2022 Today children from both the Toddler Room and Kinder Room plus the Educators worked together to create our very own SCARECROW for our veggie garden! It was a fantastic experience which involved social interactions as well as great teamwork! He is now out in the yard protecting the garden. He is yet to be named. So if you have any suggestions comment below. Great work everyone!!

21.01.2022 On Tuesday 13th November our Pre-kinder children went to science works with the amazing help of 4 beautiful mums, 2 superstar students and of course our amazing dedicated staff. Science has been a hot topic this year with experiments occurring weekly. Children were amazed with what they could see, touch and smell. Overall a successful excursion loved by both adults and children. Looking forward to more adventures next year

18.01.2022 Out and about on our daily walks today we visited our neighbor who happens to be an aquarium some children were lucky to see so many different fish and reptiles We take a small group of children out on our walks and ensure this is shared throughout the week. Please remember to sign a permission form for your child to be apart of these mini excursions. ... Thanks to my amazing team for ensuring these walks and experiences happen.

16.01.2022 We love it when parents come in to drop off or pick up their children then end up staying and helping our dedicated educators do room displays and create new spaces. Thanks to Helen for helping Aline cut out images for our new display in the kinder room. We appreciate how busy our families are but are always welcome to come and spend time in the room with the children and educators.

13.01.2022 Last nights staff meeting, Educators getting hands on with Key Educator training. We are helping children reach their full potential through secure attachments and individual care and education is at the heart of Goodstarts key educator relationships. Goodstart has committed to working towards key educator relationships in all centres nationally to promote continuity and consistency through nurturing relationships between educators and children individually and in small gro...ups. Key educators give families and children one or two people in the centre who are deeply connected to the child, their development, their rituals and their specific needs. For families, this means they always have a go to person in the centre to discuss their child, ask questions or raise concerns while for children, key educators help to form strong and secure relationships which are essential for learning and well-being.
