22.01.2022 Ask Billy! Is a new initiative of the Illawarra Transition to School Program. It is designed to encourage parents, carers, and families to reach out and ask questions, share concerns, and seek further information regarding ‘school readiness’, the enrolment process, and supporting their children in the lead up to kindergarten. Feedback from the community has indicated that platforms such as Facebook make it easier for families to communicate with support agencies, and as such... ‘Ask Billy!’ was born. Using the established Facebook page, ‘Billy Backpack | Illawarra Transition to School Program’ (https://www.facebook.com/billybackpack), they’re encouraging the community to send through a message with any questions they have.
