20.01.2022 We can not go to the Ekka this year so we bought the Ekka to us!!! Pre Kindergarten and Senior toddlers set up their own Ekka yesterday with so many fun experiences Including: Goop & Playdough Dancing to the music with balloons They ate strawberries and icecream... They even got to take home a showbag that they made. It was an amazing day filled with so much fun and laughter- An Ekka they will never forget!!! #ekka #weareallinthistogether2020

13.01.2022 ABC Kids Community have released an educational 10-part series called 'Languages of our Land' a short program created in collaboration with the Yugambeh Museu...m. Each episode focuses on a specific number and the Yugambeh word for an Aussie animal found on Yugambeh country, like Borobi . What a great opportunity to share the Yugambeh language (spoken by traditional custodians of the land located in south-east Queensland) with children and families across Australia. Over the past few months people, families and communities have been tried and tested in the most extraordinary ways. As frontline essential workers our Goodstarters rose to this challenge, stepping up to support our 60,000 families and 71,000 children through some incredibly challenging times. So weve declared this week Thank You Week! A week to ce...lebrate and recognise our 10,000+ Goodstarters for continuing to go above and beyond in face of adversity.
