17.01.2022 Helping children reach their full potential through secure attachments and individual care and education is at the heart of Goodstart’s key educator relationships. Key educators give families and children one or two people in the centre who are deeply connected to the child, their development, their rituals and their specific needs. Our educators work towards creating strong relationships with each family, developing a deep knowledge and understanding around each individual child’s rituals in the home and family context and building shared understandings into daily practices and meaningful learning experiences.

15.01.2022 Looking for some Friday Inspiration? What not make Spanish Saffron Lamb with Lemon Couscous for dinner tonight? Tommy, our in house Chef, believes that children should share the delight in having exciting meals from across the globe. Children should experience a variety of flavors and ingredients and have a lifelong love for cooking and eating healthily.

15.01.2022 The Kinder Children have been so busy exploring the different planets in our solar system. Check out the interactive board that they helped created with the educators! The children learn a number of STEM concepts including the different planets, positions and ordinality, concepts of numeracy, size of planets, rotation and revolution of planets.

14.01.2022 At our centre we support children to practice a range of skills. Scissor Cutting is a really important skills which support children to strengthen the muscles in their hands as well as supports hand eye coordination. This also supports children to build the strength in their hand muscles to hold a pencil/marker and support early literacy and writing skills. In our Toddler Room, (2-3 yrs) we provide children with child safe scissors to practice this with educators supervising them. In doing so, children are supported to learn how to manipulate the scissor safely and become confident with this skill.

13.01.2022 We would like to Congratulate Nisha Bhatt as she commences her role as the Assistant Director at our centre. While our children have returned back to the center, we have continued holding Tommy's Cooking Masterclasses. Here are some pictures of our families and educators and Tommy's Nasi Goreng!

11.01.2022 We recently received a wonderful gift of books from one of our families to share with our Kinder children. Thank you to all our families who support us every day to enable our children to have a love for learning. It takes a village to raise our children and we are very grateful for our community of families.
