23.01.2022 What a beautiful gesture from one of our families today, a delivery of Krispy Kreme doughnuts for all the staff and educators. Thanks you so much to The Tatlis family we cant wait to see you again soon and stay safe!

23.01.2022 Car park play for the Kinders today! I couldnt resist going out and joining in when I herd how much fun they were having from inside the office! In these cooped up times sometimes a new space to explore is EVERYTHING! We are so lucky our car park has a few hidden gems that the children love to explore! Well done to our Kinder teachers and educators for coming up with such great ideas to keep the new experiences coming when times are a bit stale!!!

20.01.2022 A lovely story to share with our children to help in explaining whats happening in our world right now.Happy reading

20.01.2022 This thread is to post some pics of how your children are learning from home during ISO! Feel free to share some pics throughout the next 5 weeks of your children learning from home! Remember learning/playing can be done in so many different ways! It could be things like cooking with the help of an adult, cutting out pictures in a catalogue and pasting them, building a tower, role playing, learning to crawl, blowing some bubbles the list is endless. We would love to make a collage at the end to showcase all the creative ways our friends are learning at home!

19.01.2022 APPRECIATION POST Working through these uncertain times defiantly has its challenges. We are so lucky to have an amazing team here at good start LANGWARRIN. We couldnt be prouder of how our team has battled this through this pandemic with positivity and nothing but care and thought for your children and families. We cant thank them enough! All this would not be possible without our leader Kylie. Kylie created this amazing sanctuary in our staff room! This space is ful...l of positive and uplifting quotes, suduko, crosswords, colouring pages ( we are all big kids at heart ) puzzles and treats. With the government restrictions our staff room is not big enough for us all but having these amazing things means everyone can take a little something to the space they find to have their breaks and zone out for a while! From the whole team we thank you Kylie You are an amazing, passionate and thoughtfull leader #weareallinthistogether See more

15.01.2022 Goodstart Families! Just wanted to clarify with you that the free childcare package announced by Government today absolutely includes ALL Goodstart centres. If your child is enrolled in one of our centres and you are still working, studying or searching for work you will be able to send your child for free from Monday 6 April. We know you probably have lots of questions, and your Centre Director will share more tomorrow once we understand the finer details of how it all works.

15.01.2022 The Goodie Awards are here! And its time for you to nominate! The Goodie awards recognize excellence in many areas and one is nominated by you, our families! If you feel we have excelled in any of the criteria please jump on and nominate a team member or even the whole service!

15.01.2022 Unfortunately Gastro is in the community at this current time. We would be very thankful if all our families could keep an eye out for symptoms in their children and stick to the 48hour rule.

15.01.2022 Something fun and exciting has been happening in our Kinder room, we found some tadpoles in our kinder yard pond so have brought them inside to watch them grow and turn into frogs. The children are very engaged and making inquiry based learning with this activity. We will sure keep you posted on how our tadpoles ate deleveoping in the coming weeks. Stay tuned!

14.01.2022 Due to the government requirements that every adult wear a mask outside of their homes we will require all adults and children over 12years of age, entering the centre to wear a face mask. Unfortunately we are unable to be flexible on this rule as we are looking out for everyones safety. If you do not have a mask a scarf or face covering will suffice. If you are unable to wear a mask for health reasons please phone the centre and a staff member will collect/deliver your child to you in the car park. You must remain in your car if this is the case. We understand this is not ideal and not everyone will agree with the governments decision however at this stage we must all play by the rules in order to keep our families, educators and most importantly your children safe! We will all get through this together...

09.01.2022 Our new look Goodstart@home brings you so much moreand its FREE for our families! We recently launched a new online at-home learning and activity hub called Goodstart@Home and were overwhelmed with the response from families. In less than two weeks we had almost 10,000 families sign up! This inspired us to explore how we might be able to grow this further and offer even more to families across Australia.... Over the past week weve been busy working behind the scenes to create an enhanced version of Goodstart@Home on a brand-new platform, which will take our support for your at-home learning journey to a whole new level! Whats different in the new Goodstart@Home? - More things to do for learning and fun for families - Recipes and ideas for cooking with kids - Support, articles and resources for parents - A brand new Behaviour Support Kit that you can order to be sent to your home! How can you sign up? If you havent already subscribed to the old version, you will receive an email from us that will give you a unique code/link that you will be able to use to subscribe to the new platform for free. If you have already subscribed, you will have received your email over the weekend with a unique link to automatically transition you to the new platform. If you havent yet received this email, we recommend you check your junk/spam folders just in case! Were really excited about extending our learning support into the homes of families across Australia. Wed love you to share your experiences with Goodstart@home across social media tagging with hashtag #gsathome so we can all #stayconnected. Happy learning!

06.01.2022 R U OK? This year R U OK day means a little more to each of us.
