25.01.2022 It was lovely to receive in the mail this Thank You from Oxley State School in recognition of our partnership to help our Kindergarten children prepare for a smooth transition to Prep. Through school teachers visiting the centre and children attending scheduled visits along with their families, we have supported their sense of belonging in a new and exciting environment as they take the next step in their journey of education.

20.01.2022 Jobkeeper payments ended on March 28 and we know this may have an impact on family budgets. If you have a child in early learning and care please be assured there are additional government subsidies you may be eligible for to ensure your child can continue to attend. 19.01.2022 Just a friendly reminder that the centre will be CLOSED tomorrow Friday 2nd April and Monday 5th April for the Easter Public Holidays. 10.01.2022 It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas It has been lovely to see and hear the children’s excitement as they walk through the front door and see the Christmas Display in our foyer. We can’t wait for the exciting days and weeks ahead celebrating this time of the year with all our children, families, educators and community.

02.01.2022 This week is NAIDOC Week. The NAIDOC 2020 theme - Always Was, Always Will Be - recognises and celebrates that First Nations people have occupied and cared for this continent for over 65,000 years. NAIDOC 2020 invites all Australians to embrace the ancient history of this country a history which dates back thousands of generations.

02.01.2022 Today is Remembrance Day and we will be observing one minutes silence at 11am to pause alongside with the Australian War Memorial and all Australians to pay tribute to those who have served and who are currently serving in our defense forces. #werememberthem

01.01.2022 A friendly reminder that the centre is Closed this Monday for the ANZAC DAY Public Holiday. The Kindergarten children discussed ANZAC DAY and created wreaths to display in our foyer and the room. They told me about the soldiers and why it is important for us all to pause and remember them. LEST WE FORGET.
