14.01.2022 We love the school holidays, they’re always so full of fun here at Goodstart. Today we created Rothwell Eat Street where each room created their own delicious dish. Our pre-kindergarten children made and ate fruit kebabs. Hands on cooking activities help children develop confidence and skill. Following recipes encourages children to be self- directed and independent, it also teaches them to follow directions and develop problem-solving skills. Not to mention the yummy food #fruitkebabs #cookingexperience #earlylearning

As you know the Government announced today that the 'free childcare' package will expire on 12 July and that the CCS system will return from 13 July, along with new transition measures (up until October) to support the sector and parents as they move back to the subsidy. This announcement is a little bit complex so we are working hard to understand what this means for our families and for Goodstart. We will provide an update to our centres and our families later today and over the coming days as we learn more. #5weekstogo!
