24.01.2022 Thank you to everyone who made a donation towards our food drive to help raise awareness during Anti-Poverty week. It is scary to think that 1 in 8 adults and 1 in 6 children live below the poverty line right here in Australia. We are so proud of our Goodstart community for their generosity and selflessness as we donated 9 boxes of long life pantry items to Oz Harvest. This donation will go a long way to support vulnerable families and those less fortunate than ourselves. Th...ank you to our special helpers Lucy, Aerin, Peyton, Avyan, Neelan and Saheb who used their big muscles to carry the food out to Gareth at the big Oz Harvest van. Providing children with the opportunity to connect to the wider community, supports their sense of belonging as well as builds on their understanding of the role we play as individuals within society. Teaching children the importance of supporting others and giving to those who are less fortunate is a gratifying and life long skill. Thank you again for your support!

23.01.2022 Dear families, We are collecting bread tags for wheelchairs in South Africa. Aussie Bread Tags for Wheelchairs collects bread tags nationally in Australia. The tags are recycled locally, raising funds to buy wheelchairs for disadvantaged people in South Africa. Please help this cause by saving your bread tags. There will be a jar in the foyer to place your bread tags in. Thank you

20.01.2022 Celebrating Australia Day at Goodstart woodcroft. Painting with Australian and Aboriginal flag colours, children dressed up in clothes represent Australia and Australian culture and playing games such as tossing thongs.

14.01.2022 Celebrating Dussehra and Navratri, the victory of good over evil! Today we wore our traditional attire or bright coloured clothes. We also danced with Dandiya to Bollywood music.

10.01.2022 Happy Holi! Festival of colours! We had so much fun celebrating at Goodstart Woodcroft! Throwing beautiful colours all over our white shirts!

07.01.2022 From tomorrow, all parents and visitors will need to wear a mask whilst inside our service as we follow the rules of the NSW Government to continue the fight against COVID-19. Please remember to keep your visit to one parent per family and a maximum of 15mins on site so we can minimise the amount of adults in the service. As always, thank you for your cooperation

01.01.2022 Lunar New Year 2021-Year of the ox. To celebrate, the children made lanterns, dragons and shakers to dance with. The nursery children made an using their handprints and played with red play dough. The preschoolers also watched dragon dances.
