18.01.2022 Day 3 done and dusted. A shorter day as far as kilometres travelled, bit some great sandy roads and a few water crossings to keep things interesting. Even got to see a bit of motorcross racing at Banaraby t lunch time. Here's a few photos from today's adventures, and a couple of videos in the comments.

Massive thanks to Brent, Rob and Harley for joining me (Sean) this year, I couldn't have asked for better team mates. Huge thanks to all of our sponsors and everyone who supported us in any way. We have managed to raise some much needed funds for Rally for a Cause, without all of you this would not have been possible.

12.01.2022 Hey everyone, the Dunga Derby committee made the below announcement a few days ago on their Facebook page about rescheduling this years Derby due to COVID19. I would like to just thank all of our sponsors, who have donated cash, or goods and services for us to raffle off. And also to those who have pledged donations, thank you all very much. We really appreciate your support in these uncertain times. Important announcement regarding the Dunga Derby 2020. Hello teams and spons...ors. Last night, the Rally For A Cause Board held a special meeting to discuss our response to the latest information regarding COVID 19. It was determined by the board that the best course of action was to push our event back to our alternate date of 15-18 October. Andrew and I had already been working on this alternate date and had already established that it was agreeable to all of our vendors, accommodation locations, and suppliers. In this uncertain time, we feel that it is necessary and appropriate to give our Dunga family, and the wider community, continued hope that our treasured normality will return and we will all be able to get back to enjoying each other's company in more stable conditions. You do not need to do anything, your entry has automatically been transferred to the new date. We understand that team's fundraising totals will be affected by the impacts of COVID 19, and we are completely happy to discuss your needs or concerns with you. We still want you, we still need you. As an authorised entrant in this year's event you are still authorised to conduct fundraising activities, and we encourage you to do so. Clearly there will not be any large scale events, and that's ok, but you can still do online raffles, auctions, and who knows what other creative ideas you might find. We are a power for good in our community and together we will endure. If you are finding yourself in troubled times, please do not hesitate to call out to your Dunga family for help. For a gold coin donation towards our fundraising efforts for Rally for a Cause, staff and patients who wish to participate dress up in their bright Hawaiian shirts and get into the Hawaiian spirit. This helps bring a bit of joy and happiness among all the worry and concern of the last month or so, and puts a smile on the dial of everyone there.
