07.01.2022 Starting from this Monday I am holding group classes teaching mindfulness/meditation, how to communicate with your organ and body systems to change your patterns of behaviour, how to collapse traumas so they do not impact you negatively again, helping you with pain relief and how to align the spine. The classes are held Monday nights from 7:30-9:30pm, Tuesday afternoons from 1pm-3pm, Tuesday nights from 7:30pm-9:30pm and Thursday afternoons from 1pm-3pm in Mitcham.
