25.01.2022 Position Available Carpenter Must be qualified, have own tools, transport, and preferably have a tool trailer.... Located in Innisfail, but possibility of travelling the cape, and FIFO of Cairns airport. Favourable skillset; -Roofing, Fascia gutter, and lay experience -Concreting, screed and finishing -Limited plastering -Fitout experience -Ability to work un supervised -Tiling and waterproofing -Timber construction and block experience -Rennovation works -Timber decking and flooring Have work lined up, and need someone to keep the ball rolling while I meet and greet + Quote. Sick of working until 7pm and then staying up until 1am quoting. Immediate start for the right person, away work available. I will be flying home on the 27th of September and returning to work on the 9th October, and will be aiming to interview people during said period at home. Attractrive hourly rate, possibility of supplied fuel card for extended travel, and occasional use of my single cab work vehicle. Must have conrtact ticket. Measured up a ladys re-roof couple days ago, woke up this morning to pelting down rain, and thinking that there might be water leaking in her house. Love the rain! 16.01.2022 Busy busy in Mornington Island. Appologies for delayed replies.. 7am - 7pm x 7 days a week has been my work load. Currently roofing, 9 new granny flats, and 2 new roofs at the seniors building. 6 granny flats finished, 3 to go.... Finished roof battens on the seniors today, and started fascia, will put up more photos tomorrow. Here are a couple photos of my fascia on tge granny flats. Nice simple roofs..

I can sheet, scribe and instal fascia and gutter, so it would be preffered if such a person had the ability to instal fascia and gutter, but not necessary.... Send me a pm if interested.
