23.01.2022 Hi Goolma members! We have approval from the ACTA to shoot in a limited form. There are strict guidelines and rules that we need to follow in order to operate in a practice only format. Obviously if we don’t comply the risk of this going on longer increases and nobody wants that. For May, the club will be open for practise for Goolma club members only (June will be assessed at a later date based on government rules and regs)... All interested members are to contact the secretary (0428 237 587). Text bookings preferred and a confirmation will be sent. This is to ensure we comply with the 10 number limit and to see if more than one session on Sunday will be required No booking NO attendance. There is a 10 persons limit on the grounds at any one time and this will be strictly enforced All attendees are to confirm that they are not suffering any Covid 19 symptoms currently or within the last 14 days. If you are feeling unwell please stay away Hand sanitizer will be available on all layouts and at other strategic points around the range. Signage will be prevalent to remind everyone All shooters are to sanitize their hands prior to and at the conclusion of shooting, and social distancing is to be adhered to at all times The Club house will be closed and there will be no catering (including tea and coffee). Cleaning/disinfecting of toilets will take place at the conclusion of each shoot Every shooter is expected to pick up their own spent cartridges and there can be no sharing of equipment, i.e. guns, ammo, earmuffs etc. One nominated member only to set up, take down range equipment and fill/adjust traps. Just to reiterate, at the moment the club will be open for Goolma financial members only and club shoot days will be practise days only. This will be reviewed as restrictions ease. Payment via direct deposit will also be encouraged. We hope everyone is well and that we can see you all out on the traps again soon!
